  1. I posted some explanation here: http://forum.fibaro.com/index.php?/topic/21144-google-analytics-included-in-v4080-update/?p=86789 Please continue discussion there, for clarity.
  2. Home Center devices feature Google Analytics scripts that gather anonymous data about usage of web and mobile interface (e.g. operating system, browser, language) and visited subpages as well as basic information about controller itself (e.g. software version). This information is stored on Google services and used solely by Fibaro for internal purposes. We use it to estimate number of active controllers, analyse usual flow in interface and detect potential problems with loading pages (loading time). All information is totally anonymous. Every future change in that matter can be found in our Privacy Policy, which is displayed alongside changelog disclaimer, with every update.
  3. What version do you run? Do you have any Lua scene that triggers on Octan remote?
  4. Support response highly depends on current load of requests. If you need immediate assistance give support a call, numbers are available on our website.
  5. Basically @up is right, but as in most cases it is possible to look up the action that is send in console. In case of backups it is POST on address: http://HC_IP/api/settings/backups with payload: action=create&description=XXX XXX is backup name.
  6. What browser do you use to create scene? IE has a known issue regarding block scenes with setValue.
  7. It looks like HCL is entering Recovery mode - maybe due to some software related error. If leds never stop blinking it means controller cant start up. In that case contact support to start warranty.
  8. It is not a bug in association mechanism, it is desired feature that devices included as secure can only send commands to other secure devices - this can be adjusted with parameters. Default inclusion as "secure" through mobile device is something worth considering indeed. Also light property is known bug in current Beta. If you do not see boxes for multichannel associations please give these devices a soft reconfiguration - and of course make sure device can accept them. If there is no association checkbox in single channel column even after reconfiguration that means devices does not have any association group - which is possible. It is kind of a miss, since device can be controlled even in such case - so the problem is in displaying them. It was passed as a bug to developers.
  9. Ten problem został naprawiony w wersji 4.057 beta. Rozumiem, że korzystasz z 4.056? Niestety na tej wersji nie ma możliwości skorygowania działania.
  10. If that happens right after plugging the device in it is most likely hardware issue, please start warranty procedure - support will assist you if need help in that.
  11. Security mode is a special mode of operation in Z-wave. It assures encrypted communication and higher degree of robustness. However it slows down communication, and due to many additional frames being send it can disturb flow of information in entire network if too many nodes are included in security mode. So the key is to keep number devices using this to minimum, and reserve it only for crucial devices - like locks, gate openers, smoke sensors etc. Device added in secure mode can only send associations to other devices included as secure but all our devices that can use this mode have parameters, that allow them to disable encrypted communication in given association groups. And that is exactly what support agent meant. Option to add device as secure or not is shown below "add device" button, as a check box, but many devices do not have security, therefore they will be included as usual, even though check box is ticked.
  12. API provided by Logitech only allows for starting and stopping its activities. These Harmony Activities can only be defined in Harmony dedicated app - I assume you are familiar with this mechanism. Integrating our devices in Harmony does not really depend on us, but rather on Logitech, and so far it is not possible.
  13. Bypass would eliminate light flickering, spontaneous restarts etc. If disconnecting switches did the job I suspect there is some other interference present.
  14. @reading123, for now we are investigating possible reasons of such behaviour. Please let support know about your issues (do not forget to mention situation after disconnecting switches) and follow agent's advice. He will inform you about warranty procedure if that becomes necessary.
