  2. Did Tibber support reacted on your question? If it doesn’t work in the Tibber Explorer, it also won’t work in the quickapp. Ofcourse the other way around, is also the case. If it workes in the Tibber explorer, it should work in the quickapp, otherwise the quickapp is at fault. I can only test with the test token and test HomeID. That test interfaces with the Tibber servers and it workes. You could give it a try to change the token in someting you are sure is faulty. Then see if you get the same error. The same test with the homeID. It won’t solve the problem, but you will know where the error comes from. Any other users with the same problem? (If it wouldn’t work for a week with other users, someone would have post a question or reaction?)
  3. I meant that the behavior of those modules is inconsistent - sometimes those can work ok for several weeks, then - they just stop to report some or all values. It is something in the device firmware, not the hub - we already confirmed this. That is why we changed the default configuration some time ago to workaround a bit this issue. Of course, they did not change anything remotely, if you would like - download the logs dump from the hub and I will make sure that the device is just not sending us the values and it is not an error in the hub somehow - just create a support ticket and put the logs there, include the information about device ID in the system.
  4. I'm not sure I understood you well. Please explain: Qubino stopped updating "Qubino 3-phase meter" https://qubino.com/products/3-phase-smart-meter/smart-meter-3phase-tech/ How can it be? Do they switch off some functionality remotely? Fibaro HC3 prior to 5.154.37 showed voltage and after upgrade it does not. No change from Qubino Smart Meter (it was not upgraded / changed in any way) The only thing was upgrade to 5.154.37. Piotr

  6. Actually, it is for a purpose, it's a siren - to be used in scenes in correlation with the alarm panel if someone is interested. Due to the lack of actual use cases to be shown as an actor - it is just hidden.
  7. I recently bought a new iPhone, and transferred all my apps and data from the old one. This includes the two apps for my HC2, the old Fibaro app and the newer Yubii app. They both immediately accessed the HC2 as before, and display the HC2 values correctly. However, when I check the HC2 interface Configuration/Access control/Mobile units list, my new phone is not on that list. I recognize the UDID for my old phone and the corresponding device id, but not the new one. I need to identify my new phone as a device, to update my scenes to send push messages to the correct id. It seems that the data transfer from old to new iPhone bypasses the trigger which automatically generates a new device when the Fibaro/Yubii apps are first installed. How do I make the HC2 recognize that there is a new iPhone to include in the list? Do I need to reinstall the apps?

  9. @awlieser The same issue here with the sirene6 on android and Yubii 1.21.1. The sirene6 has the latest firmware. Therefore I use it only in scenes.
  10. Hi, I have Govee Outdoor String and it only controlls white color. In Yubii I see no RGB controlls. Is there any fix for it?
  11. The topic should be "Qubino stops reporting voltage" - that is not on the hub side. The way the hub works, if the report is sent we are processing it, it is not like one of the values may be ignored and the rest are ok. We contacted Quibino about some issues in the devices (problems with reporting values, not working interval-based reporting) but "they are no longer updating the 500 series devices" and those are on the EOL (end-of-life) phase.

  16. If you use sunset/sunrise the second field must be an offset, not * fibaro.cron("sunrise 0 * * *", function()...etc otherwise it would mean something like every possible offset to sunrise, which doesn't make sense...
  17. Jan it is complaining about sunrise and sunset fibaroExtra.lua:70: Bad date specifier 'sunrise' using it like fibaro.cron("sunrise * * * *", function()...etc fibaroextra version fibaro.FIBARO_EXTRA = "v0.964"

  19. Hi, I installed the Aeotec Siren 6 today on my HC3. The device is shown as configured and is working properly, when accessed via the web interface of the HC3. Strangely enough, it doesn‘t show in the Yubii App (IOS). Any idea? Thanks! Cheers Alfons
  20. Then HomeID would be the fault, but I wouldn't expect the HomeID to change. Let's wait for the Tibber Support response.

  22. I think you can check your token at https://developer.tibber.com/ and login with your Tibber login.
  23. Restart hc3 I haven't done this. I will try it. Try to exclude the rs3 from hc3 with the standard steps. I've done this, but the device is not erased. If no success, reset the rs3. I will try this. Power down the rs3 I will try this. Try the force remove process on hc3. I've done this, but the device is not erased. Thanks for the reply. I will let you know.

  25. That is the latests version, so you have all the right code. No reason for Tibber to set you on pause. You could manually try with your personal token and homeID on: https://developer.tibber.com/explorer to see if that works, if you get some response.
