    Energy report

@Jasper Waale , I hope you know that ZigBee is still in beta at fibaro, so there may be problems. At the time I coded this script, fibaro didn't have zigbee yet. But let's see, maybe there is a solution. As far as I know, a property of the device must be "power". But you can also try “light”. The "ROLE" is only for filtering and you can set it for each device in the "General" tab. I have 3 different ZigBee devices and all 3 are addressed with "power". But you can also combine a combination of manual and automatically found IDs. For that paste this code at this point: if manually then -- Manual entry of device IDs for evaluation. pwrIDs = {213,224,256,264,285,305,322,339,383,391} else -- Automatic determination of electricity consumers. pwrIDs = fibaro.getDevicesID({interfaces = {"power"}, visible = true, enabled = true}) end -------------insert ------------- mpwrIDs = {999,1201, } -- enter manualy your IDs for _,v in ipairs(mpwrIDs) do -- this code joins both tables table.insert(pwrIDs, v) -- end ----------------------------- Good luck
  4. Good Evening, HC2 since 4 years is placed in a drawer. No issue in Winter, In summer i keep opened the drawer. No problems so far. In order to improve the cooling i think to add a bottom fan like this and and maybe an heatsing like that on top... What do u think? The HC2 seems not stressed 2/3% cpu esage for each cpu ...
  5. Hello, HC2 has aluminum casing which is good for heat dissipation. If it is warm on touch that means that heat dissipation is working OK and there is no need to worry. My HC2 is placed on shelf in our living room and works without problems for years. During summer, since we keep doors to terrace always open and no AC is used, HC2 casing feels hot on touch, but since it is on open shelf with free air around, it never complained. On the other hand if HC2 is placed in closed space like rack near other sources of heat, e.g. network switches, router etc. then it is better to add fans on that rack on cabinet. My friend placed big 19" rack in small pantry full of electronic devices, network switches, two servers, router etc. and rack cooling fans were not enough so he had to add ventilation to this pantry to keep everything at some reasonable temperature. @Gianlu question is where did you place your HC2?
  6. Yes, it has been working w/o problems for years. Just place the heat sink underneath your HC and you‘re good to go. Cheers Alfons
  7. Hi, Any update ? I see exactly the same issue: "NAND read from offset c0000 failed -74". Is there any solution to fix it definitely ? @jack.daniels did you succeed ?
  8. Thanks for feedback. Do u have a photo of your solution? has worked?
  9. Registration can be a bit of a hassle, but once you're in, you'll have access to a wealth of information and community support.
  10. Hi I simply use a heat sink which I put underneath the HC. Like this: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B073VQ59DG/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 cheers Alfons
  11. Good Morning, In order to better cool my HC2, I think to to add a fan on top of my HC2's case. Do you think the fan should blow on it or suck in the heat? Whats is better? Let me know Regards
  12. Hi @SmartHomeEddy , That is exactly what I needed to check. It is working, but I still missing some options. There is space for improvements.
  13. Send you the posts and downloads from the French forum, maybe it isn't what you need, or maybe you can use it.
  14. Hi @SmartHomeEddy , I still have problem with French Fibaro forum: Of course I try everything on my side, cleaning cache, using other browser etc. Eddy, can you reach French forum? If you can, can you please report there that there are some users unable to reach it and get above error? I'm interested to check links which you provided here, but for now I'm unable to do it. THANK YOU!

    Energy report

This is wonderful and I simply do not understand why the HC3 has so bad energy reporting to start with and ok some " solar" but face it most of them have no use for that and like function like this to track the use, the green " bug" must have hit hard in Fibaro home offices making so much energy stuff that nobody in fact is able to use BUT this is what we need, the ability to track use, pr device and for a full setup, I might be outside bell-curve as just finished putting in energy meters on most things that use power washing machines, water pumps, aircon etc. Im trying to modify your script, I'm not a coder, so for now, I do not get emails but Im struggling with the automatic part, ( I want to try to avoid the manual that works fine as I have so many devices ) I see as I have miz of brands and also some ( don't tell anybody ) Zigbee that " power" misses a few things, so I was thinking that the below might work but still only process the first line. if look under the device in HC3 and use pwrIDs = fibaro.getDevicesID({interfaces = {"power"} or {"energy"} or {"electricity"}, visible = true, enabled = true}) Wonder if you are able to point me in the right direction.

  17. Hi everyone, So I was finally able to build my watering system. I used a double switch (with 220V for its own power) and inputted 24V AC for a valve Slolonoied, Everything is working fine, but I'm having a funny issue with the HC3 interface. I have created 2 "Vaulve" devices each is linked to one of the dual switch ports, allowing me to control 2 vaulves. So, My goal is for example to get the "Trees" Vaulve 30 minutes of watering every other day, While the "Flowers" Vaulve works for 10 minutes every day. Here is the thing, under "Garden" I'm adding a new sequence, and choosing the "Trees" device. I'm choosing the time and days for it to work. So far, all is OK. Now, I'm adding a new sequence, let's call it "flower" 10 So what happening now, is that I can only choose days that I didn't choose in the first sequence. days that were chosen on the first one are not clickable. So yes, I can create another sequence for just the "Flowers" with the days that I didn't choose in the first sequence. it's a bit of a workaround but ok. But if tomorrow I want to create a new sequence that runs only on suddenly, for example, I can't do that.. as Sunday is already chosen in one of the other sequences. What is behind the idea of choosing days just in one sequence?
  18. Hello, I still have the same issue that I can’t connect my Google Home to my HC3, I just upgraded to the latest version 5.160.30, The only reply that I get from Fibaro / Yubii is “I have contacted the software department and the ticket was created.” Getting super annoyed that I’m not getting any good response on this matter, it’s not +3 months since first reported. Anyone else having this issue ? Thanks, Kåre

  20. I‘m having the exact same problem. Automations are only triggerd when activating the switch in Apple Home App. Pressing the wall switch does not trigger the automation. I think the main cause of this problem is, that when pressing the wall switch the state of the switch isn‘t changing in the Home App. Have you found a solution to this problem?
  21. Hi everyone, I solved the issue by deactivating and reactivating the Fibaro skill. After that all scenes and devices will be recognized correctly.
  22. Well, you managed to survive for more than a year now, so that is in the pocket. Just-to-be-sure the I accept the terms of service has a ✔️ ?
  23. I stil have this problem. And my work arround is begining to fail (my old mac mini has security issues because there are no upgrades anny more and more and more functionality is not availabill anny more) How can i find out whats wrong so i can find out how to fix it? Soon i can't enter my hc2 anny more!
  24. EventHandlers themselves don't use timers - they are just a pattern and function stored in a table. When we post events a timer is started (even when time is 0) but they terminate when the eventHandler is invoked. cronJobs, the last version, only have one timer that every minute check if any con_string is up for execution. No, the listTimers approach I posted yesterday is not compatible with fibaroExtra, but it gave me the idea to maybe rewrite that part of fibaroExtra....

    Routing Info

With the HC3 support for ZigBee that well know for routing issues it might be cool to have this related to used protocol ,
  26. Hi @SmartHomeEddy , Thanks for reminding me. I didn't check French Fibaro forum for long time. Now when I try I get error. Will try again later.
