I'm trying to add Walli Dimmer FGWDEU-111 to HC Lite V4.630 and no success so far. No other controllers in my network. HC as well as Walli Dimmer where reset few times - same result:

[20:02:26] Device added

[20:02:26] Requesting neighbours, please wait...

[20:02:29] Learning mode error. Try again.

[20:02:29] Adding devices complete

After this operation - device is not visible in HC.

Please help as I got lost with ideas..

HCL not running scenes in version 4.630

Hello,

We have 136 in the park, in version 4.620 we had a problem with going offline in the cloud. After the update to 4630 this was resolved.

After this update to version 4.630, some HCL stopped executing the scenes, being necessary to return the automatic backup made in the update (4620 > 4630), then it works again.

The client is about to open a 6-star maternity hospital, and the system is not working properly.

Right now we have 12 HCLS stops out of 136.

After updating to 4.630 my scenes don't work properly and I haven't managed to successfully create a new scene.

I have same problem with Home Center lite and Home Center 2.

Before update it was working.

How to solve this problem?

Hi Fibaro members, I want to know if somebody have the same issue, I am integrator, and after more than 130 HCL and HC2 installed, I have never had this issue: Is a HCL v 4.630, a customer come to me to change a scene triggered by time, but when I try to enter to the HCL locally, the pasword didn´t works, the customer tries 5 times and block the system by 30 minutes, while we was waiting, my customer ask for a new pasword, and when the 30 minutes goes, put the new password send by email, we can enter to the system but all the devices and functions disappear (look the attached video), I can´t add anything, I can´t delete anything, I can´t make a backup, ... etc. The most insane thing is that in the app, all works perfect, I can turn on/off the lights, the hour, temperature, and date is correct, I mean, in the app, all works fine. I try too much things, but I dont want to make a recovery, I have fear to erase the configuration of devices and scenes and can´t recover it, now a day, I have an issue with another HCL that dont works the recovery mode, but this is other history. PLEASE HELP ME.

FIBARO System Update 4.630 for Home Center Lite

Important notice:
All devices previously added to the system that received support need to be reconfigured.

New improvements:
- Support for https protocol.
- Support for MCO MH-S31x & MH-S22x ZW700 series.
- Support for MCO MH3901-Z version 2.1.
- Support for Qubino 3-Phase Smart Meter.
- Support for Heiman Gas Sensor (HS1CG) version 1.1 & 1.2.
- Support for Donexon radiator thermostat.
- Support for other Z-Wave devices supported by Home Center 3.
- System stability improvements.

Resolved issues:
- Z-Wave service stops responding after updating to 4.620 and using previously added thermostat.
- Few instances of Thermostat & Heating Zone plugin results in system crash.
- In some cases, Home Center Lite gateway stops responding after some time.
- Losing master-slave synchronization after some time in gateway connection mode.
- Master gateway does not detect "central scene" actions on devices added to connected gateways.
- Connected slave gateway need manual synchronization to restore its connection.
- Incorrect default values of FIBARO Heat Controller configuration parameters.
- Sending setProtection action to external sensor of FIBARO Heat Controller result in system crash.
- Issues with thermostat controlled by Alexa voice assistant.
- Issue with taking a camera snapshot and sending to e-mail.
- Sending empty notification if this notification was previously removed.
- No possibility to use custom icons uploaded in one of the previous firmware versions.
- Tedee lock plugin stops responding after some time and needs rebooting the gateway.
- Cannot manually set a date later than 2021-12-31.
- No pin for setting location via remote access.
- Other minor fixes.
