All other functions work on the device but changing the profile can't be done. Therefore you have to log into the web browser and change profile, or even run a scene that changes the profile and it works.

Can this be from the update or it’s a coincidence? Is anyone else having the same problem?

In some random cases, the HC3 upgrade may not succeed.
In such cases, the gateway will automatically revert to the previous system version.
