I just bought a Yubii Home Center. The mobile app told me I need to update FW via the control center manually.

I have a gigabit connection but the download took about 20 minutes and now it's stuck on loading backup options and I'm unable to update this thing. 

It's stuck there since hours. I've cancelled it, restarted the process numerous times, restarted the devices multiple times, used 4 different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge), tried them all in incognito mode as well but it just won't let me get to the install update step.

What the devil is this?
