My Ip Cameras stopped appearing in the Yubi App (It keeps loading), but its working fine if i acess via Web Browser.

Anyone else with the same problem? Or know how to solve it?

Shutters problem

After installing the update. I can’t control the tilt of shutters. It works up and Down for whole house. But when i want to set the tild of the slots for whole house or the living room, so there is no slats tild setting in the app. So i have to set each window separately.

Hi support team,

The Yubii app doesn't work. There seems to be an update available, but isn't visible in the APP Store.

Anybody else same issue?

Widget scene order not saved

Why is it that every time I want to add a new scene to the widget list, I have to re-order all scenes?
Why isn't this order saved.

As long as I don't add a new scene everything remains in the same position, until I add a scene then everything goes back into the order originally added the scenes.

This is very annoying and time consuming to have to drag every scene back into the order I want it to.
It's like this for years now, and ought to be fixed by now.

Yubii values for lux, temperature and humidity

I have these values for temperature, humidity and lux in my Yubii app.

The values shown for temperature and humidity come from my sitting room. There is no value in the Yubii app for lux, but there is a lux device in my sitting room.

How do I setup these values to show up in the Yubii app?

Hotfix for Yubii Home Center app - version 1.18.1

Dear users,

on March 8th 2023 a hotfix was released – version 1.18.1 of Yubii Home Center app.

The hotfix resolves the following issues which occurred during the last update:

Problems with logging into the app.
Lack of favourite colours in RGBW
Overall stability improvement

In most cases the app should update itself automatically.

If you turned off automatic update option on your mobile phone, you will need to perform the update manually.
