Trying too update my HCL to lateste firmware but every time I try the browser is stuck in the update page. Led on HCL flashes from middel to the sides. Tried with 3 different computers, different browsers and app. Same thing happens every time. Tried refresh during update, page not found. Tried reset during update after 15 min. Restarts to old firmware. 

Tried to start HCL I recovery mode but same happens with led flashing and newer boots up. Tried with different router and checked that the time is correct. 

Any tips what els I can try? Have updated successfully many time earlier. Current version is 2.151

I was editing a LUNA scene, and suddenly it won't let me run scenes. Anyone I touch tells me 403 forbidden access. I have updated to version 4.600 but I am still the same. I don't have any alarms. I have removed cookies and cache. I do not know what's happening.

I've been trying to upgrade my HCL from 4.10 to the latest firmware. But I get "403 Forbidden Access" every time I do the upgrade.

 

Been trying to get Support from Fibaro for almost a year. There were issue with the support, mid way through the support I get an email to resubmit the support again, I gave up after a few time.

But with Google home I needed version 4.10 an above so end of last year I started with support again. In short after summiting 4 cases, cause of non follow up, I finally got an answer to say that my HCL is faulty and to send it back to Poland via DHL. I replied to say that the HCL is still functioning, just cannot upgrade but there was no reply.

So I'm here to see if anyone can help me in regards to my problem. 

I've also tried to go into recovery mode but HCL doesn't launch after getting into that mode, the lights just keep moving from inside out and vice versa forever.

I can access it again after a reboot.

I know some others have experience this same problem as there they have  left comments on a youtube video showing how to get into recovery mode.

 

Would appreciated if anyone can shed lights on this or has any experience on it.

This worked in earlier version (4.120? 4.130?) but not anymore. I did the mistake to reconfigure one in 4.150 (maybe already 4.140) and since then it no longer works. inclusion is impossible.

It somehow gets included a little bit but remains an unusable device.

Edit: Free RAM is now 6% :D

Has anyone ever managed to have such a scene controller included and usable after the version 4.100 or so?

I did the mistake and made a soft reconfigure some time ago with this one and since then it is only electronic waste.

I have now 1 day and 1 hour of uptime.

But today i have seen a strange thing, probably a minor bug...

All motion and door sensors have the Last Breached Time set to 4 minutes , ("4 minutes ago"), displayed under his icon.

When passes 2 minutes and, for example a sensor gives "6 minutes ago" displayed, and i breach it opening it (if door sensor) or moving (if motion sensor), it sets again to 4 minutes.

All sensors behave in this mode.
