  1. IFTTT? login correct but no options/devices available congratulations as usual
  2. Ahah c'mon Fibaro you can do it better! I also sent the email to the official address for the Fibaro technical support without having received any answer! Facts are: - one Fibaro device broken and still under warranty condition - warranty is not respected - now I have to find another brand to buy to connect the door Do you really think that small pieces of plastic (even not a good plastic) with very limited technology inside could cost more than 50€ and last for one year? Then spend other 50€? And this for a number of devices in the complete house? 1000€ each year? C'mon!!!
  3. I have a HCL not possible to remove a unit that does not communicate
  4. hi Sarzeau, the door sensor in my house self-disconnected from the HCL some time ago and it does not connect anymore. Reset plenty of times but no hope to have it connected. It does just read the door position but no communication to the external world. I wrote to Fibaro service asking what to do because it is still (for the time being) under the warranty, but no answer received. Yes, also in mine the plastic cover has no quality at all. Actually just open to insert the battery when bought and then it does not close correctly to press the internal tmp button. Very poor. 50 EUR spent for that device is almost 10 times its real value. Really bad, do I have to spend other 50??
  5. Hi, I have a not working Fibaro door sensor. 13 months old. Suddenly it stopped communicating with the HCL. Battery is ok. It is able to read the door position (open, close) by flashing the blue led. Tried to reset it different times, version 2.5 Now by clicking once the tamper button on its back it flashes for about 10 seconds and then off again. Do you have some idea? Broken? Thank you
  6. no, all the extra code is useless
  7. hi, to me your values are standard. I remember that when I bought it and just had two scenes as well with a door sensor the RAM started with a low value but after some time it increased close to 100. That is the effect here called "RAM eating" that actually is also in other software when the RAM usage is not managed in a correct way. CPU instead has always been low, and I can understand it since it does not amazing calculations or similar.
  8. tjena yes it is, together (in the HCL case) with a poor hardware design (low RAM quantity and not up-gradable) Then you will hear a lot of non sense instructions like do not use a lor of scenes, do not use timers, do not use ...... Same thinking of buying a Ferrari but please drive it at max 100Km/h otherwise the engine breaks. I need, I buy, I pay, I want. Period. And when I buy I read the specification of the product and nowhere from Fibaro there is stated that you cannot use a lot of scenes and blablabla. If your RAM is 80-85% you are really lucky, mine is always around 97/99%. If it get stuck within 24hours you are not lucky, in mine I had to imlpement a daily automatic restart just because it does not freeze within 24hours but some thing more than that. I do not think so. That problem has always been there and still is. On the other hand Fibaro is investigating new frontiers to gain money, Apple kit, .... Forget about the HCL, it will never be up and running as a reliable product to control your expensive house and you more expensive life. People here are spending hours and hours trying to have it working in some way. Just read about the ones that upgrading the FW now have the virtual devices not working anymore.... mah. Sometimes I even think it is all made by purpose, maybe to buy HC2 and spend money twice on the same brand? No way, there are plenty of other products in the market. Make your own conclusions. cheers
  9. not possible unfortunately, you can set the VD label text with a predefined value from a scene, but for your need it is enough to set it on/off or whatever other text you prefer. I had another need in the past where VD text from global variables would have helped a lot is it a question or an exclamation? or double question is stronger than one exclamation, difficult language
  10. hi, not easy from that to understand where the problem is. 1- check from the phone app the icon of the sensor when it is triggered, does it change from close to open? 2- add after "then" a setting of a variable as example from 0 to 1. If the variable works then the switch works and the problem is in the "push" command 3- what trigger do you have in the scene checkboxes?
  11. my suggestion is not to set it directly the variables from a virtual device but instead: - VD starts a scene that sets the variable at the same time the same scene could set the label of the variable so that from the app you can immediately see that it worked. You can also see later, by reading the same label, what status the variable has. I use it to set on/off part of the heating areas in the house when I leave home (it seems similar to what you are looking for) in the image you can see buttons on/off and the label with the current status
  12. That's why I still have 4.090, to not lose the few things I know working....

  14. you have a loop if fresa=0 then fresa=1 if fresa=1 then fresa=0 delete one of the two and see if you still get too many instances
