  1. All my devices have different names (Settings > General > Info) - but my HC2 (4.630) does not take these names. Only "ipad", "iphone" is shown...so I have several "ipad" and "iphone"
  2. Rename mobile device: 1. Open your browser 2. Type in the IP of hour HC2 followed by "/docs/" (e.g. "192.168.178.150/docs" 3. Check your devices by clicking on "Expand Operations" in line "iosDevices : Operations about iosDevices", first, then by clicking on the blue button "TRY IT!" 4. You'll receive all registered mobile devices with their ID - remember these IDs (for example "123") 5. Click on "List Operations" in line "devices : Operations about devices" 6. Click on "Modify device" in the orange box "PUT" 7. Type in your ID (e.g. the above "123") in the field "deviceID" 8. Type in the operation "{"name": "NEW NAME"}" and click the orange button "TRY IT!"
  3. Unfortunately, the problem is with iOS devices, also. Only "iphone" and "iPad" are the shown names. In the past, HC2 took the given names from the devices (like "Peter's iPhone") which was comfortable.
  4. The Husqvarna-API has moved. If you try the URL in the Gardena script (https://sg-api.dss.husqvarnagroup.net/sg-1/sessions) you'll get the following information: {"message": "This API has moved to the official developer portal. Please follow the instructions at https://developer.husqvarnagroup.cloud"} That means, that all further relative links are also broken and that leads to the 404-Error in the debug window. Who can fix it ?

    Where is the fire?

    Same solution here. I named my devices with the same syntax: type-subdevice-room For example "MS-T-bath", means "Motionsensor-Temperature-bathroom" (included temperature sensor in the Fibaro motion sensor), as well as "MS-M-bath" for the motion detection (M) or "MS-G-bath" for the gravity sensor (G).
  6. After Update 4.610 Alexa says that no device je responding. Deleted the Skill and set up new...still the same. New Home Center App has connection but refuses login (old App still works), also. UPDATE - please, see here:
  7. Does the LED of the heat controller shine ? Connect the heat controller with a external power source (like to charge it) and check what happens. Any changes ? Next, try a restart of your HC3 - any changes ? Exclude/delete the device and add it again - any changes ?

Hi @person2000, 1) The main issues can be seen here in the forum on a daily basis (lucky you - you won't migrate from a old system, but set up a clean new one) - like 2) The final releases run stable, normally. Also, commands are beeing executed without delay (depends on the device - for example short delays with some relays). If you're using the app outside your own network, there is a short "cloud-delay". 3) - 4) - 5) Never touch a running system. I've tried several other systems (some proprietary some open) and got rid of most of them (even the HClight). Therefore, Fibaro is a very open system with a great (forum)community an a hard-working marketing dept. You won't get templates for all devices, but the main functions will work always and you can parameterize on your own. So, if wan't to change to Fibaro, you'll need some hours...or days to set up your system (depends on the scenes, VDs etc.). And it will be fun...mostly. Let us know your final decision and your experinces with your new HC3 ?
  12. Same here since a few days (without updating iOS). The notification via email still works immediately, but no push and no interactive push notification on iPhone7 (iOS 13.4) & 11 (iOS 13.4.1). Android tablet still works. @T.Konopka: Is there any known issue, yet ?
  13. Sounds like a problem with the response time...or the Fibaro server / cloud...or weak/bad Z-Wave-Network at your home. Did you check the Z-Wave-Signal with a smoke detector or wall plug in the „bad“ rooms? Did you contact Fibaro-Support, already?

    Alexa Setup

    Hi @amilanov I know this behavior caused by a weak internet connection or a long response time from the Fibaro server (cloud). If it takes too long until Alexa gets the positive feedback, Alexa tells you that the device is busy or does not respond. In most cases, my Alexa tells me that the device does not react but just in this moment the reqired action is performed, yet. If Alexa tells you that all devices/scenes are not found, make sure that you don‘t have Fibaro-Users in your HC with the same emailadress and that the Alexa-Skill is connected with the superuser account. Another possibility is that device names are given multiple within Alexa skill (as you mentioned already). The problem you described first, affects all of you devices/scenes or just a few? Resetting Alexa-Skill has to be done manually...deactivating and again activating won’t change anything. There was a topic/post in the forum to this issue.
  15. Please note in general: 1. Alexa needs the superuser account 2. The superuser‘s email adress must not be the same as a normal user‘s one. Perhaps, this will help in some cases, where the devices do not react while the server connection is fine
