  1. Hi, I have a LUA programming question - for making a scene that helps HC2 heat panel control my AC via ZXT-120. My end-goal (for now) is to set the Fan speed and AC mode (heat/cool/off) by the logic in the following table (explanation below) Explanation for table: Setpoint is retrieved from Heat Panel. The deviation from setpoint is calculated from a global temp-variable subtracting setpoint to get the deviation. Based on that daviation AND the outside temperature, the AC will be set do fan speed and mode. I realize that the amount of if statements would be too big for me to handle, so someone suggested to use "switch-case" (which i am not familiar with but is sort of understood). The below example was provided for me: The problem is i still can't translate this to anything sensible in LUA. Can anyone please help me?
  2. Could you explain a use for this VD? I think i need it, but i just can't say why :-D
  3. Hi, Can i "borrow" your Virtual Device and LUA scene to get all the info as shown in your VD? (Har prøvd masse å få kontakt med Tibber API uten hell før) Mats
  4. I got it to soft-configure now - or that is what i tried. All config went away and i ended up with newly configured device like hard-configure. Anyway. It worked finally. Don't really know what i did different other than unlocking the lid in the back of the sensor. Ups..never mind this.
  5. Yes,please add this. For several devices including underfloor heating and AC, which in my case do not report energy consumption, i would like to manually declare based on on/off state. Please add this feature! The energy panel is useless without these high-power devices also monitored.
  6. Bump! For several devices including underfloor heating which do not report energy consumption, i would like to manually declare consumption based on on/off state. Please add this feature!
  7. Nice detective work! I am however scared about setting all parameters manually though, never tried without template. Do I have to configure them all separately, or can i leave the ones that work in the template somehow?
  8. Hi Tinman, just hi-jacking this thread a bit; Does this need that Fibaro must update the template for MS6 in order for us to be even able to update the parameters within HC2. Now- I get error message if i try to adjust them. Anything I can do manually, and how? BR
  9. I realize this is an old thread, but i agree. This is utterly confusing. Found another similar thread also, but not answering this question. I get there is something called master/slave, but why create extra devices? I do not know what to do with the other devices that are generated? They have to be hidden and makes a lot of clutter. So.... bump.
