  1. You can find this: and more in Home Center 3 Lua documentation ; ) https://manuals.fibaro.com/home-center-3-lua-scenes/#sourcetrigger
  2. Hey! It's not a solution, but maybe it's a start! Since you adapted Lua scenes from HC2 to HC3 I assume you know Lua. The missing piece here is the Quick App knowledge. Here is a great article about Quick Apps in Home Center 3: https://manuals.fibaro.com/home-center-3-quick-apps/ Since you probably check your non-zwave device in the Main loop you look for a replacement of that mechanism. I think this is what you're looking for:
  3. Cześć @RIM ! Jakbyś mógł rozjaśnić sytuację, wstawisz kilka screenów z twojej konfiguracji powiadomień push? Masz telefon dodany? Powiadomienie ustawione w Panelu powiadomień? Scene robisz w bloczkach czy Lua?
  4. Hi @george_jales! Have you tried the "repair" option? If this also fails, you need to contact FIBARO Support and they will help you reinstall the HC manually.
  5. Hi @amatt! You can find Christmas Tree icon here, in our Downloads section: It's a bit more complex solution but you can get the icon there.
  7. Hi! Could you (and everyone involved) provide details about your plugins and virtual devices? It would help us investigate it further.
  8. Hi @gallaxya! Since it's another only iOS 12.0 issue, I believe your issues were resolved by iOS 12.1? FIBARO Motion Sensor firmware hasn't been touched during this time so it might have been caused by some changes in HomeKit. Moreover, it's a Bluetooth device so make sure you're not on the edge of its range, as their range is much shorter than with the WiFi devices.
  9. Hi @kellyNYC! Is the issue still there? Are you sure the Flood Sensor at your place is not at the edge of the range? It communicates with Apple TV via Bluetooth so it has a much smaller range than WiFi devices. Have you updated your devices to the latest iOS 12 versions, i.e. iOS 12.1? Is the issue still so noticeable on iOS 12.1, which in fact came after you had reported your issues?
  10. Hi @Fraz76! Are you sure it's not a range-dependent issue? Have you changed the location of your home hub? Is the issue still there? Have you updated iOS 12 to the latest version, iOS 12.1?
  11. Even though the main calibration went successfully, the loose-fitting may take a toll in the later use (that is what we can observe here). We really do appreciate your support. I can assure you that we are working on it and even though the actions are not yet visible, an update will arrive.
  12. Well, more setups need to be configured manually or via LUA scenes. Those additional "moods" were created by our creative departments with the use of a couple of stripes and special wall designs. You just need to try to play a little bit with the included composer: Don't worry, you will quickly achieve even cooler effects ; )
  13. Hi @krmkrx! I've heard that support is already handling your case. But just to clarify some issues: Not all valves are carefully finished and even though it may be a compatible type of the valve (e.g. Danfoss RTD-N) there still may be some misalignments which cause issues with the calibration. In such cases, FIBARO Support can send a special adapter which may mitigate the issues. Yes, we know about this issue and we're working on a fix. Our Heat Controller does this to calibrate itself. It's unfortunate if happens and night, but the general problems with calibration may increase the frequency. Once the first issue is resolved it shouldn't be so noticeable. Just as you said, it wasn't a one-time mismatch, we have identified the batch and issued a press note: http://newsroom.fibaro.com/en/the-heat-controller-hk-possible-difficulties-in-adding-a-device-to-the-apple-homekit-environment/ @Mikey M. , We have identified this problem and it will be dealt with in the future firmware updates.
  14. Hi! We have prepared 5 programs for RGBW controllers, they should be available in the device configuration:

    Hello

Hi @bernny! Welcome to the forum! Tell us more about your smart home system : )
  16. There are no different versions of FGSD-002. FGSD-002 is FGSD-002. https://manuals.fibaro.com/smoke-sensor/ This device is Z-Wave Plus certified and it will work with ZW3 and ZW5 controllers.
  17. Yes, unfortunately, you're right. But we have always printed the right code on the device itself ; )
  18. Hello @brouk111! Thank you for your post. Let's go through the viable troubleshooting together: 1) Have you used the latest and most up-to-date version of our FIBARO for HomeKit Devices app? 2) Have you "killed" the app, opened it again and tried to initiate recovery procedure on that device (make sure you are quite close)? 3) Have you updated the Heat Controller twice? We have identified some issues with updates indicator, which shows up even when you are on the latest version. Please refrain from updating for now. If your Heat Controller is still unresponsive, please contact FIBARO support to get to know more about warranty procedure.
  19. Hi there! We have identified some issues with the Netatmo plugin in our latest firmware version. It is to be fixed in the upcoming beta releases.
  20. Hi @dotneft! What secure code do you enter?
  21. Dear all! The update of our FIBARO Wall Plug (FGBWHWPEF-102) is finally here. Please head to our app: Fibaro for HomeKit Devices to update your Wall Plugs to the latest version (ver. 5.4.1).
  22. Hi! Automations doesn't use your phone, so the phone distance is irrelevant. To be honest I don't know why the ability to send just a short pulse is unavailable. I guess they had their reasons. However, I'm happy to pass this suggestion for future iterations or future products.
  23. Yes, but since it's a BLE device, the connection in the constant move may not be as reliable as with Home hub. Yes, that Apple TV still needs the Internet (either WiFi or cable LAN). It only remembers the total use for now. It's available in our app, you can check all custom skills and parameters in this Knowledge Base article: https://manuals.fibaro.com/knowledge-base-browse/advanced-parameters-fibaro-for-homekit-devices/ (you will find Single Switch reset procedure there). To reset Wall Plug use, you need to follow the procedure which can be found in the manual: https://manuals.fibaro.com/hk-wall-plug/ Energy metering: The Wall Plug counts energy consumed by connected device and reports accumulated value to your iOS device. To reset energy counter: 1. Press and hold the button. 2. When the LED glows green, release the button. 3. Immediately click the button again to confirm.
  24. Hi @Gilimanjaro! Each device has it's own communication method and I would say it's clearly highlighted when you buy it. Wall Plug uses Wi-Fi, Single Switch uses bluetooth. If the device is out of your iPhone range, it communicates via Home hub (Apple TV, iPad, HomePod). If it's a Wi-Fi device, you won't communicate with it via bluetooth when you don't have the Wi-Fi. If you have an Apple TV and it communicates with our Single Switch via bluetooth, you don't have to have bluetooth on your phone or nearby because your iPhone will communicate with this Single Switch via Wi-Fi via Apple TV. Home hub is a relay for all remote connectivity. iPhone doesn't confuse anything at any place. It connects via the Wi-Fi so wherever it picks up the WiFi signal, it can connect. Wall Plug has to be connected to some Wi-Fi network. Otherwise it won't be usable. It has overload protections, it won't just die right away ; ) You can connect Single Switch to a contactor which can support, for example, 10kW. You will loose measuring abilities but you can calculate the usage off-the-app and just set time rules for it.
