  1. Ok, so here is the solution: It seems that the magnet/sensor within the DW sensor (the bigger piece of the device) is simply stuck in the closed position. It can happen due to the battery changing process, or simply over time. This is why people are talking about it when the device gets a bit older... Unfortunatelly the small magnet (the smaller piece of the device) is not capable to pull it out from this stucked position. But if you get an other, bigger/stronger magnet and start playing with it (put it close then take it away, try to rotate the magnet as polarity matters here), then you can fix the issue. I did it with my sensor which was reporting only the Temp data as I wrote above and it is working again for 2 weeks already without any issue.
  2. Hi! I need a bit of help to understand my issue. This is the map of my network. It is a small one, but I don't understand the z-wave connectivity logic. The HC2 is quite in the middle of the house, max distance between devices and the HC2 is 10 meters. I have: 2 wall plugs named Konnektor1 and HMV A single relay switch (FGS-212) named as Garázsajtó A door window sensor (FGDW-002) named as Garázsajtó with grey color A double switch (61.0.1) but it is disconnected now All the others are FGR-223s. It seems to me that the HC2 would like to connect to the closest device only and all the others are connecting through each other, which is strange for me becouse i saw a few maps here, where the HC2s were in the middle with multiple 1-1 connections to many devices. I need to say that everything works ok, no lags or errors, but the visualization is strange for me. I did mesh reconfig, multiple times both all at once and one-by-one, but it did not get any better...
  3. Hi All, Did you found any solution for this issue? I have a DW sensor, it is communicating the temperature but not communicating the door open/close status.
  4. Dear @Sankotronic Thank you very much for the detailed explanation! This is a great help for me, as I'm a beginner with Fibaro. I wanted to use the roller shutter for two reasons: 1, Using it for garage door is written as second option in it's manual. 2, I'm installing around 20 roller shutter modules for window blinds in the house, so installing 2 extra (one for the garage door and one for the outside gate) would not make any big difference. I can install the switch inside/next to the garage door motor, this is not a problem.
  5. Hi @Sankotronic I'm looking for the same, here is the manual including the wiring guide for the Hormann Supramatic 3 motor: https://www.thegaragedoorking.co.uk/acatalog/garamatic-10-20.pdf I have the external impulse button (like in 4.2.2) and the photocell (like in 4.2.4) installed. I plan to install a roller shutter module and the door/window sensor.
  6. Hi GGFL, Can you please make some pics about the placement of the door and window sensor? I have the same kind of sectioned garage door and wondering where is the best place for the sensor. Many thanks! B.
  7. Just to clartify it.. If I have a very simple shutter, what I can operate with a simple push switch for up-down and it is stopping at the end-points becouse it is sensing the ends (sorry for poor wording). So will this work with the roller shutter? How will I know if the shutter is in up or down position?
