  1. Hi, I have installed HC2 in a home which I visit rarely and normally no one live at that home. I keep controlling and observing this home remotely from time to time but I am facing a problem. Every 1 or 2 months the HC2 hangs and does not respond at all and I lose my connection to it. The problem does not be solved until I send someone to the home to restart HC2. Otherwise I can't do anything since there is no connection. Did anyone faced a similar problem and got a solution for it? Thanks!
  2. Hi, I have switch box with Live wire only and I need to pull a Neutral wire to use it with Fibaro single/double switch to control a light source. The Neutral for light source is coming directly from the main electrical panel and it is difficult to pull it to the switch box. Under this switch box I have an electrical plug which may be connected to a different breaker. My question is: can I pull a Neutral wire from this wall plug to the switch box and use it to install Fibaro switches? Thanks!
  3. Hello Dears, I have a Yale door lock (YDM 3168) with a z-wave module which was added to an old defective HC2. I replaced HC2 and I am trying to add this door lock to it but I am not able. As far as I know I need to reset the z-wave memory to be able to add it to a new HC2 as the other Fibaro devices, but I don't know how. I deleted the credentials from the Yale door lock but it still does not work. Anyone has an idea about this issue?. In addition, I noticed a new section 'to add a lock' in the last update of HC2. How can I use it to add my Yale door lock? Thanks in advance
  4. I don't actually, it is a new device and I was not aware of making backup of my work. I think I have to re-configure everything .From now on I will backup it periodically. Thanks a lot @I.Srodka
  5. Hi @I.Srodka Thanks for this helpful video, but I'm afraid of loosing all my work on this HC2 (added devices and their adjusted parameters, virtual devices, all configured scenes...) if I tried the recovery procedure. Is there any way to back them up or keeping them after recovery procedure? Thanks in advance
  6. My Home Center 2 hangs once every day or a two, but today while I was creating a new scene it hanged showing me a message as illustrated in the first attachment. I restarted the HC2 many times and it works well with android and iPad Fibaro Apps but whenever I try to access it through a web browser it hangs again and keep trying to load (As in the second attachment) and system stops working even with android and iPad Fibaro Apps. Consequently, I am not able to access and modify anything in the controller anymore. I tried to use different browsers, different computers and I restarted my network router for any probable network issue but it did not work. Did anybody faced such a problem before?
