  1. Has anybody found a way to use the guest call feature as a trigger?
  2. Is this link still current? Doesnt seem to work for me same issue.
  3. What would be the new version of this for HC3 please Sankotronic?
  4. Thanks very much @tinman Is there any trick to open the tar.gz files? Im on mac but running parallels also for windows. Cant seem to open it with winzip or the mac equivalent. Cant even get it from command prompt.
  5. Hi, I would like to be able to have a variable called for example: counter1 When trigger happens (lets say ID 50 turns on) I want to read the current value of my Global Variable "counter1" as a number and then add numerical value "+1" to it. Effectively every time the ID 50 turns on the variable counts up by 1. I cant seem to get my head around the way HC3 does it in LUA TIA
  6. I have a clients HC3 controller that is working very well overall. It has around 158 modules connected. Consistently for the past few weeks, this controller has been sending emails stating Home Center- Services are not working properly and then exactly 20 mins later Home Center- Services are working properly now. Always 20 minutes between events. Then I may get a break for a couple of hours and then again, repeat repeat 20min 20min 20min20min. I have checked with the client and their experience is great. I have logged remotely in during the 20 min period it says its offline and its fine. I have a ubiquite USG router on site with internet monitoring and we are getting no dropouts (albeit over a few hours) The internet connection is hard wired from right inside the comms cabinet it is in by one patch lead. Again, remote access is fine after email says it's not. Toolkit Shows everything working well. Tech support and suggesting I simply reset the controller and restore the backup. This doesn't fix anything it just bandaids it. Is there any way I can get in to see the backend controller logs? is there anyway I can see the controllers temperature? Any ideas?
  7. would you not just put the same icon in each of the buttons? This way when each button is pressed the main icon wont change.
  8. yes same issue across 4 iphones.
  9. guys should the remotec have just one device shown in the app which can control mode, temp, on/off? At the moment the only way I can do it is by using two separate IDs. One does Heat /Cool and temp. The other does Mode, heat/cool/on/off etc. How do I show these in one?
  10. Peter, Again I thank you. I implemented your advice remotely this morning for my clients house with the ghost association issue on rgbw. I followed your steps and it appears to have resolved it. Thanks so much mate. You've saved me a real headache. Regards Sean
  11. Peter... again... mate THANKYOU.... Hey check your messages also please. I sent you something just before I will jump straight onto your solution tomorrow.
  12. Thanks for the responses so far guys. the rgbw module operates perfectly under its own functions. the blind relay operates perfectly with its own pushbutton. I can find no scene or association in the system that could cause them to operate together. There is no electrical connection between the two devices and they are on separate floors in the home at opposite ends of the house. Ive tried reconfiguring the blind relay remotely but no lluck. The ID has changed but it's still responding. the client site is a long way from me so Im working remotely at this stage also due to Covid risk.
  13. I have many Shutter relays in a home for client. All of a sudden a few weeks back, a blind relay is now being triggered by a pushbutton nowhere near it that controls an rgbw module via a dumb 240V relay switching the 24V input. The REALLY strange part is that the shutter relay only gets triggered when the button is pushed but not when operated through the app. Any ideas? Is there any way we can monitor the wave traffic on the gateway to see what command its receiving and from where?
  14. Thanks for the helpful answers above folks. Is there a way this can monitor an active network connection and if not it runs a scene to restart? I find when a data connection drops, often the hc2 will not pick it back up once the router is back in action.
