Oh Oh, I am sorry but it is so much were and when did I see this kind of discusions before. Every now and than people start figuring out that Fibaro is screwing them and post it on this forum. And then you will get the people saying no no that isn't true. Just wait and see it is gone be great. Funny thing is the people who told me on this forum I shouldn't be so negative are not posting any raving and positive post. I wonder why Trust me - there is no new z-wave Engine. Why is the polling still not working or should I say swicth on. It is just version 3.59 whith a plugin engine. Whow that is exiting

I am a person who falls for the looks too. And that is the oooooonnnnllllyyyy reason why I stayed so long. But now I am gone. Fibaro is a company of window dressing an it certainly has no quality codding people. But you will not survive as a company as it is all about the picture.

Blusser - thanks for the suggestion. Maybe but the strange thing is it can stay a way for months and than suddenly rgbw module's, fibaro wall plugs or fibaro relay switches ar switched on. I am not the only one as you can see in link. I have stayed on and hoped this issue would have been gone with version 4. But it isn't. I have been running the beta's and no problems with the automatic switching by HC2 but just last week with stable 4.31 it was back again. My neighbours started asking what the blue light was in the front of my house (a rgb led strip). It was switch on with no reason. In the middle of the night my bedroom lights were switch on. My Isomac Espresso machine was swicth ont etc etc. I think it has got to do with not configured devices and most likely the rgbw modules. BUT HC2 SHOULD NEVER EVER switch devices if there is some sort of problem with a device. The proof is they just don't have a clue with the z-wave engine. Basic stuff isn't fixed but they have time to do work on a Netatmo plugin. It proves to me that the whole programming of the software is just a laugh. And I am certain that the time spend last years is not a Z-wave redesign it just went to NEW functionality like the plugins etc. Indeed Deanparry - the deadnode polling is just switched of. I pulled out a Fibaro wall plug and it never ever showed up as a dead node only when you try to switch it form HC2. I am gone to an other platform....

You would probaly not expect it with the new z-wave engine and it hasn't been mentioned or documented by Fibaro but v4.32 has the same Presence Simulator of v3.59 For more details look at this Post: http://forum.fibaro.com/viewtopic.php?t=3905 V4.32 HC2 can switcht on devices without you knowing it, no scenes or scripts, it just do the magic itself. Isn't that just great. You do not have to make a lua script or vd to get prescene being simulated. The only bug I found, and I wil log it in bugzilla, is that if you are at home you can't switch of the presence simulator. That's a bit annoying. It is possible that you wake up at night and sirene is switch on or all you bedroom lights are on. Maybe Fibaro can let me know how I can switch of the presence simulator. New z-wave engine...up my.....

I it wasn't for real I would think Fibaro is an experiment of consumer/marketing psychologists. How do people reacte and behave in such a consumer disaster: - people with a relationship or depending on money they will stay and say it is great - ingnore and say it is al great or still have full faith it will be great - shout the loudest saying it is bad and seeing nothing is changing and it will never be great. And than these are people leaving or staying. But why are these people staying?? Big question to me. Probably beceause the real other alternative isn't still available But trust me Fibaro when it will they will be gone. And we all know it wil come. The questions is when?

Well onething you get from Fibaro if you write bad posts is a bottle of wine for christmas. I got one and I geuss Robmac has a whole cellar full of Fibaro wine looking at his posts

Yep, Yep, I am really sorry to say. You are another Fibaro Victim. And nobody can tell why or whom are becoming a fictie. It is just random as many people are also happy with Fibaro. I came to the conclusion. Only use it for basic light switchen anything else you can't trust it. I now have 4.022 and the Fibaro ghost has gone for now. But who knows when or if it will return

I really hope they will release it in january. Should be fun working in the support area of Fibaro.... And fun in this forum.....whoopy. I can see thread with hunderds of posts

You would hope so.... You and Fibaro would call them people who are complaining. I call them customers who want to get what they have payed for. But I can assure you when the current ones are gone new ones will arrive as Fibaro is not changing and they are stikking to their stupide development proces. If you would even call it a proceses.

I am just thinking;"what would they be thinking off what they are doing". It just looks they don't have a clue anymore what they are doing. Where would they get fun from.

Just read the other post and you will know.. I have already advised 10 people in my network not to buy a Fibaro device an certainly not a HC2. At the moment I am sitting here in my living room and light are being switchen for no reason. My RGBW 10v Lux and C02 are gone etc. etc. etc. But the good news, isn't it great, after 2 years I can use the Fibaro iPad app. It is incredibly fast.
