  1. Could you post a bit more about the motion sensor (Specifications)? To my knowledge, a traditional motion sensor as soon as senses motion will transmit power to the lights and after a specific time cut off that power. So after sensing motion the motion sensor will send 240VAC to the dimmer and then (after specific time from that depends of the motion sensor) cut off that power (to the S1 Terminal). Try changing the parameters to toggle switch with memory just in case this solves your problem. Also take a look at the manual as you can see below the S2 terminal does nothing unless the parameter 22 is changed. P.S. You could save yourself from a lot of trouble if you replaced that motion sensor with a z-wave one in order to achieve dimming the lights, but you could use this motion to turn on and off the lights but not dim them. Pages from FGD-212-EN-T-v1.2.pdf
  2. You could use the ''and'' condition at the beginning Also adding a turn device off after a specific time changing the value of 0 s to lets say 1 hour = 60 minutes x 60 seconds = 3600s
  3. Hello, If you only need to turn on-off the lights try associating the group 2 and setting the parameter 6 depending on the time you want the lights to turn on. The drawback is that you will not be able to turn on the lights only when it is dark. Also could you share the scene that you are running?
  4. I want to pay extra for a thermostat if it is designed to work with an electric heat pump Do you have any recommendation of a z-wave thermostat that works with an electric heat pump?
  5. Hello 10der, Thank you for your answer. I have thought of using the motion sensors as a thermostat in the rooms using relays to turn on and off the heat pump, but i am afraid this might harm the electric heat pump system turning it on and off constantly (as it is a quite expensive device). My question is if you have any recommendation for a thermostat (ether 1 zone per thermostat either 2 zone per thermostat) that is proven to work with an electric heat pump system and i can as well integrate them to an HC2.
  6. Hello, I am looking to integrate a 2 zone heat pump with my fibaro HC2 do you have any recommendations for the 2 thermostats i will need? Note that the system is a heat pump and i do not want an MCO HOME product. Thank you all!
  7. Hello Sankotronic, I am a bit late to the party as i am just getting ready to implement your code to my HC2 :P. I have just one question. After creating a global variable with the name : doorWinCheck And a predefined variable with the name: doorWinMapping And the 2 values set at Yes and No i get this error on debug: [ERROR] 17:02:52: line 69: attempt to call method 'getSourceTrigger' (a nil value) Do you have any advice on the this matter? Thank you in advance
  8. Indeed but what i am saying is to have both just in case a fibaro roller shutter that is also connected with a switch :)
  9. Yes it will work for both projector screen and the roller shutters. Do the wiring as described in the manual below (Q1, Q2 are for up/down, wires black and brown) and as i mentioned before you could also wire any switch for controlling a blind/roller shutter etc that you can find at your local electrical supplier. FGR-222-EN-A-v1.2.pdf
  10. Hello Sjekke, I have a few questions (the link you provided does not contain any info on the projector screen). Is the motor an AC or a DC powered? if it is AC ( the motor has 4 wires Neutral, Ground and two for powering the motor from both directions up/down) then yes you can control the projector screen via your gateway. If it is a DC motor (on normal occasions 3 wires a ground and 2 live) you could purchase a fibaro double relay and connect the motor. A side note, you could also purchase a switch for controlling the projector screen from the roller shutter or double relay module as well.
  11. Hello, Has anyone tried to monitor the battery level of a lead acid battery via a z-wave device/sensor? I have installed the fibaro system on a boat with flood, smoke and motion sensors for safety and alarm paired with a unifi G3 camera, now i want to know the battery level of the boat's lead acid batteries to inform me when they are running low. Thank you in advance
  12. So the only solution to this is to use Led amplifier after the output of the rgbw outputs
  13. Hello, I have a question regarding the schematics above. If lets say i have a led strip of 15m and wire as the above will the current break my rgbw controller?
