    Intercom

There have been a few topics on this previously, but have the bugs been mostly gotten out of the intercom? Awfully big investment if it’s still buggy.
  2. Anything further on this... The lag is extreme @fat where did you find such a beast?
  3. Hi @Orgli I Replaced all network cable to no avail. I do not have IP cameras, but all other network devices (Amazon Echo, SONOS) are working normally, just not through the HC2. Amazon Alexa will connect, but the lag is approx 5 - 7 seconds for a command to be completed. Ping rate to HC2 is in the 3.XX range with the off outlier ping of 12 - 15ms (see photo attached).. Any advice from anyone would be great.
  4. All other network devices are working. I will do a Ping later on today when I am at home, but it has occurred to me the only link I haven’t tried replacing is the network cable between the switch and the HC2. All zwave devices are working as expected, but there is a very long lag in Alexa controlling a ZWave device so it may be a faulty CAT5 cable.
  5. All devices are visible from any other device. Sonos apps work fine and they appear on a network scan. And yes. I can log into the HC2 from the PC
  6. Hi Brains Trust... My new HC2 will not discover LAN devices, Sonos, Samsung TV or Global Cache devices... Noting on the network. When loading the Sonos plug in and searching for devices, nothing comes up. When I plug the IP number in manually, nothing happens either. Networks have been restarted. All devices been IP cycled. I have set the HC2 from dynamic to static IP a few times... nothing seems to have worked. Anyone else have this issue? any work around?
