  1. Hi, I have challenges to trigger scenes (HC2 v4.160) with HA Bridge running on RPI. Do you need certain HA Bridge version to work with HC2 v4.160? What kind of HA Bridge http requests do you use to trigger LUA scenes with HC2 v4.160?
  2. I am really happy with Alexa's Fibaro skills. Unfortunately, there seems to be limitations to take advantage of LUA scenes and virtual devices. What would be your recommendation to have workaround for this? Should I forget Alexa's Fibaro skills and use Raspberry PI and HA Bridge instead or what? Does it matter what PI version to use? What would be the best tutorial to make it work? Thanks in advance for your support!
  3. I have solved it as well. The problem was related to my twisted FibaroID account. Alexa works well now!
  4. Seems like the problem is related to FIBARO ID account.
  5. I have installed Fibaro Smart Home Skill and Custom Skill by having requested Fibaro logins. Skills are enabled in Alexa app (for Echo Plus and Dot 2nd). For some reason Alexa app won't discover any of the Fibaro devices. I have for instance a dimmer for lights and its 'Controlled Device' type in the advanced menu is set to 'Lightning'. I have rebooted my HC2 as someone suggested in one of the earlier posts regarding discovery issues. Any hints to discover Fibaro devices?
  6. Thanks for reply! Q1: I F did . Although my dimmer is (the original) Dimmer, not Dimmer 2. It's manual differs slightly from Dimmer 2 manual and you may understand (if you're desperate enough) that there is chance to change behaviour of S2 by changing configuration. Q2: You're right. Probably a scene with LUA code is the way to go. My aim is that certain lamps can not be switched on in the children room in night time (using regular wall switch).
  7. I managed to install Fibaro Dimmer with 2 key toggle switch (on/off) - partly. Question 1: Currently key no1 turns both lights on and key no2 has no impact. Both S1 and S2 wires are connected. Is it possible to configure dimmer so that key no1 turns on/off the other lamp and key no2 turns on/off another? Question 2: Is it possible to configure dimmer to operate only in certain time of day (only daytime?)? How? Thanks in advance!
  8. Thanks, it's good to know that it's a bug and stop trying to solve this by myself. I'll cross my fingers and hope to get the next HC2 release soon. [ Added: 2014-10-19, 19:20 ] Thanks, it's good to know that it's a bug and stop trying to solve this by myself. I'll cross my fingers and hope to get the next HC2 release soon. I've updated HC2 to 4.018 and reinstalled the wall controller. It's still identified as a dimmer.
  9. Yes, I'm running 4.017. I don't know if that causes the issue but for some reason the controller is identified as dimmer - and I can't change it to remote controller (or whatever it used to be). I like version 4 and would like to keep it.
  10. Hi, I used to have my Z-wave.me wall controller (4 buttons, ZME_WCD1) working well triggering different scenes. I do not know if my problem is related to the latest HC2 beta but the controller stopped working and I can't make it work anymore. I have changed battery and I even deleted the earlier device in HC2 UI and added it again. Inclusion happened as expected but now the wall controller is identified as Dimmer. I have set the old parameters (that used to work properly: 1=0, 2=0, 11=4, 12=4, 13=4, 14=4) but nothing happens anymore when pushing buttons. Has anyone had similar problems or any ideas to solve this?
  11. Oh yes, it works well now. How come I missed that! Thanks!!!
  12. Yes, 'Active scene' is enabled. With associations it is possible to control Z-wave devices but as mentioned I can't activate the following LUA scene: --[[ %% properties 70 sceneActivation %% globals --]] -- 27 is ID of wall switch local button = tonumber(fibaro:getValue(27, "sceneActivation")) fibaro:debug(button); if button == 31 -- Wall switch button 3 single click (1) then fibaro:debug("turn on"); end if button == 32 --Wall switch button 3 double click (2) then fibaro:debug("turn on"); end -- PS. I reinstalled and reconfigured the wall controller but did not help either.
  13. Hi, in my post "these " was pointing to the same url. Sorry that it was not visible. Sounds like you've been able to make it. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. By using Colin_d's sample code I can debug value of each wall controller button pressed (value = 11, 12, 21, 22 etc.) by clicking Start, but the scene is not initiated by the wall controller button.
  14. Hi, I've been trying to configure my Z-wave.me wall controller to activate a scene based on these instructions. I've set the following wall controller parameters: 1=0 2=0 11=4 12=4 13=4 14=4 ... and used the sample code. My challenge is that the scene is not activated when I hit the wall controller button. But if I click start button in the scene editor window I can run the scene manually to get input from the wall controller about which button has been pressed. So, how do I get the scene activated by pressing the wall controller button only? Please, help!
  15. Edit: I managed to finalise the scene as expected with LUA. -- Hi, I just got my motion sensor and it was easy to create basic scene to control the wall plug (activating power on for the coffee maker). However, I did not figure out how to have scene activated only after 06:00AM because I do not need coffee eg. in the middle of night. How to do this with the graphic blocks? Or do I need to make it somehow with LUA? Thanks in advance!
