  1. I've raised a support ticket as well. I tried again today following the instrutions, it let me log in over cellular once, then after I had gone back onto wifi it would not work again the next time it was cellular. It immediately reported an error.
  2. It does not work! I have reset the app, reset the user and it won't let me in eternally. As soon as I'm back on Wi-Fi with the same credentials it works. Cam you do something about it, your response is condescending. IT DOES NOT WORK
  3. Not that surprised. the installer model they were trying to push wasn't going to work with this product as its not reliable enough for installers and can be bought cheaper elsewhere. If fibaro supported them with an exclusive distribution deal and better support it could have worked. But the have chased the $$$ off the US for apple home kit instead.

  5. Is that both on phone signal or is one mobile network, are they both android?
  6. I've reinstalled the app on android. Reset the logins and I still can't get remote access via the mobile network. I can login via the web browser through Fibaro remote access page but the app never works. Why is this, can it be fixed. ? The app works fine when at home on the same network. The remote access tab is enabled
  7. Its the other way around Im looking for. The plugin works, I can see Harmony on my Fibaro app but I can't see anything of Fibaro on the remote. Harmony has apps for other z wave systems(smart things etc) bit nor Fibaro
  8. I've just got a Harmony remote and notice that Smart Things and other Home Automation solutions have an app available for controlling lights etc via the remote. Is there anything available for Fibaro or planned, it would be really useful. Also when searching in forums for Harmony and Alexa etc, Fibaro hardly every features, more integration solutions would be good.

  11. Ive just one of the Ieast amplified units up in my kitchen and it works really well. I've got the virtual device set up too. Thanks to Roman for this work. Just a question, does the on/off button work on the main page of the fibaro app, it just seems to start playing but won't stop the player. Is that the same for everyone?
  12. This happened to me and they said the only way to restore was to send it back to Poland! I had to reinstall everything, its been fine since then, I think it was due to an upgrade that caused it.
  13. Did they say why you can't uninstall alarm plugins. I had the same problem with a different alarm system
  14. I didn't think you could connect an led strip and temp sensors at the same time. Its LED or a sensor I think.
