Here also problems with access my HC3. I recognise this because I tried to help my daughter with an issue on her HC2. I can’t reach the gateway. Only local login works, installer access and remote access isn’t available anymore.

Hi, I have a Heatit thermostat 2 also that spammed me with power has been applied. Support Heatit have contacted Fibaro Benelux and I have to send my thermostat to it so they can installed new firmware the solve this issue. Today I sent a mail to Fibaro Benelux to explain first why I can’t solve this by myself. The thermostat is brandnew so I keep holding my heart when Fibaro presents new software in the future and I need to send the thermostat regularly to them. No way. -
After recover I've lost personal icons (png) off devices and scenes

Hello, Every time when I recover a backup, I lost all of personal icons in the scenes and devices I have made. I need to put them back by hand again so its took me a lot of time (frustration). Is there anybody who can gave a tip? -
Hi, I seem to have a problem since, in my opinion update 4.04.. Icons of scene en device created by my self, would not displayed on my iPad Air. On my iPhone 5s and iPad mini it is ok. Is there somebody who can give me a solution? All are updated in iOS 8.3
