Hi There, with this HAVC you have the option to use a remote sensor that is a zwave device, however my range of devices are all in the 2000-3000 range, you only have the option for RS1 ID 0-252. Any suggestions on how I can use a lower value ID or force an unused ID in the range on a zwave device? R1 Node ID Selects the node ID for a remote Z-Wave temp sensor to be used as RS1 Options: 0-252 Default: 0 (=not used) Appreciate any suggestions. Cheers, Rich

Hi there, Have a lot of these and I am sure there is an easy solution so I can tidy up my Fiabro, can someone please tell me how to avoid the "Too many instances" errors I get from my scenes that are triggered for lights to turn off when a motion detector is "Safe" for period of time. Hi there I would like for a scene to be triggered for when I put in a specific code in the door lock. As as an example when I get home if I unlock door with 1234 it would run scene that turns off alarm, turns on TV and lights. If I unlock door with 4321 it runs scene that turns off alarm only. Just St an example. Thanks

Wanting to have a code setup for front door lock when entered triggers a scene. As an example go out to walk the dog and dont want to take any keys or phone. When I return home want to put in a code that triggers a scene to open garage door. ?? Possible? Cheers, R

Hey Dave, both the pump and heater are controlled by a fibaro dual relay switch, so not via a scene.

Hi @Dave Harrison thanks so much for this, it works really well. I do have a problem that you may be able to assist with. For my pool heater to function the pool pump needs to be on before the pool heater is switched on otherwise it errors with a low water error and needs to be manually reset - open the side of pool heater and reset internally. Also when the pool pump is turned off, the pool filter needs to be running for around 5 minutes to cool the internals of the heater following the gas heating element being stopped. I hope you can assist with a way or have an idea so that when pool heating is turned on it works like this: Device1 - Pool Filter Pump - ON Device2 - Pool Gas Heater - Delay 120s then ON Then for off: Device2 - Pool Gas Heater - OFF Device1 - Pool Filter Pump - Delay 600s then OFF I have tried a couple of things but any scenes that I create for delays or failsafe etc interfere with the Daily Pool Filter cycle for running. Hoping someone can assist. With my pool I have 3 devices on a Fibaro dual switch, they are: Pool Filter Pool Heater Pool Cleaner Both the pool cleaner and heater require the Pool filter to be turned on for them to work or the pumps will run dry, I have some failsafe scenes that protects them. However in regards to the Pool Heater, I need the Pool Filter to be on for 120s prior to the Pool Heater powering on otherwise it will get a low pressure fault and I will have to manually reset heater. So can someone help me with a VD switch for the Pool Heater so that it wont turn on until the pool filter has been on for 120s. Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Using heating panel for pool and spa. Works really well well but iPhone app doesn't allow you to set a manual temperature over 28 degrees. Does anyone know how I can change this? Heating panel allows you to set up to 33 degrees. Thanks

Sure what do you want? have 32 Blinds motorised in house.. let me know what you want to see and will take some snaps. Also have Somfy awnings 9metres x 4 Metres.. even have battery blinds running 12 3.3M blinds... that blew me away !! BTW only had awnings installed around 4 weeks ago... had scened setup to close when raining heavy... put a 1 instead of a 0 in Domoticz and they opened in rain had 15mm/hr in 10 mins collapsed...arrgghhh

Hey Nick, I did all the calculations for 5 blinds to get me started on this and ended up with 32 =) So when it comes to motorised blinds you have 2 options: 1. Hardwired blinds that would need an electrician to install. Equipment required: - 240v Blind Motor for each blind - Fibaro Roller/Shutter Pro: - Fibaro Roller/Shutter shows in the app as a blind and is easy to use. Con: - Cost paying for motor, plus wiring, plus painting Cost estimate AU Blind Motor ($300) + Fibaro Roller/Shutter ($110) + electrician getting 240V power to motor + Painting as there will be holes everywhere - think about putting a powerpoint at the top of blind. So 5 Blinds = $2050 equipment +Electrician +painting etc - Easily a days work for sparky +800 Total $2850 2. Battery/Solar powered. Equipment required: - Wireless battery motor - Remote control from motor manufacturer - They all operate on 433mhz - Device to replace the remote - RFXcom 433 Transmitter/Receiver (These are not infrared - the are RF - Radio Frequency) - Raspberry PI - Fibaro dont support a remote replacement (RFXcom) so it needs to be installed on a device that can be controlled from the Fiabro. Pro: - No electrician required - Solar Powered - Remote control as backup control - Much cheaper setup Con: - Need to run a second device to replicate/act as the remote control - Shows in Fibaro as a Virtual Device (really makes no difference when you start using scenes) Cost estimate AU Blind Motor with solar ($230) + Raspberry Pi ($100) + RFXcom ($150) So 5 Blinds = Equipment $1250 and you dont need to paint or get an electrician. Total $1250 As you can see I did a lot of research and its absolutely amazing now, I have voice control through Amazon Echo Dot - Have 5 of them in the house... I can say "Alexa open Bedroom Level Blinds." Further I have all my blinds opening and stopping light scenes from turning on... my electricity bill has reduced by around $1200 a qtr just by automating all my lights and blinds. Cheers, Rich

Hey Everyone, After working with Fibaro support for a couple of weeks on a checksum issue with my HC2, I have no been told I have to send it to Poland to be repaired. The only thing my fibaro doesnt do in my house is flush the toilet. ! My HC2 serial number is under 1000 so have been using for a long time. I currently have: Zwave Devices - 107 Nodes - 384 Virtual - 47 Camera - 8 Plugins - 6 Plugin Nodes - 56 185 Scenes !! Can anyone let me know if they have a solution for this? Am I expected to purchase a second unit? How well does handing over all functions to a second HC2 work?? Stressing feel like it could fall over anytime now... Please someone give me some hope... I have used the HC2 Toolkit... there has to be a way I can image the box ghost? StorageCraft? Thanks Rich

Heya I have 32 automated battery radio blinds that I control from Fibaro through Domoticz and a RFXcom 433e. I started purchasing Rollertrol from Canada about 4 years ago and they have and still are great have 12 of them. Recently I have been getting Intro blinds from a supplier in Sydney and they work on AC114.. very reliable and they have all the adapters for my Luxaflex tubes. R

I still have not got my Davis working... has anyone got it working reliably?
