  1. I’ve an iPad running continuously now for 7 years, controlling HC2, works perfect for me
  2. Yes, as published in this forum by Sankotronic, just do a search for it in this forum, you will found multiple references. There is a stand-alone solution for Netatmo on HC2 and an integrated solution for Sankotronic’s home automation system. I use stand-alone, works like a charm.
  3. Solved: removed the app from the iPad’s and reinstalled them again from the App Store. Logged in with my credentials et voila, working again. Question remains what is causing this, but hopefully app connection remains stable now.
  4. I have two old iPad's I've been using as wall controllers (iPad air 1st gen (with iOs 12.5.7) and an iPad air 2nd gen (with iOs 15.7.7)). I have been using those two iPads for years now, running the original Fibaro app without any problems. However, since two days both iPads cannot connect anymore, they show the "trying to reconnect with HC2-xxxxx" forever). On my present 'daily-use' iPad (iPad air 4th gen, running iOs 16.5.1) I have no problems, can control the HC2 with the Fibaro app as usual. Nothing I tried solved the issue up to now, I tried rebooting the iPads, rebooting the router, rebooting the HC2, but no luck. Any assistance / suggestions would be appreciated
  5. The authorization change is only effective as per 14 or 17 april, you should have gotten an email from netatmo on this. I also had the problem that my Netatmo system in hc2 (using fibaro plugin) was blocking, no updates for a two/three weeks. What appeared was that the battery of the rain sensor was drained, blocking the entire system. Replacing the battery solved my problem. Check the battery status of all your devices in the separate Netatmo app. For Netatmo to work on hc2 in the future, don’t put your hope on Fibaro to update the plugin. But, @Sankotronic has provided two solutions for this, one stand-alone, and one integrated in his Uhas system (see his recent postings on both topics). I intend to install the stand-alone system next week upon my return home.
  6. Hi @Sankotronicstandalone version next week would be perfect, thanks. enjoy your stay in the Netherlands, sorry about the weather 😞
  7. @Sankotronicthanks for reply, that’s a pity (for me), not using uhas, but depending on netatmo as main thermostat for living room heating. I was already anticipating on forgetting about Netatmo altogether, scrapped internals of one of the netatmo indoor modules and put an esp32 micro-processor and temperature sensor in the casing, using mqtt to communicate with my hc2. Only drawback that this needs 5v power, would have liked to go back to the original Netatmo situation.
  8. Hi @Sankotronic. Is this a stand-alone fix that you made, or part of your uhas system (I’m looking for stand-alone, just a fix or replacement of the Fibaro plugin)
  9. Same, over the last six months this happened twice with a motion sensor, and also twice with a door sensor. 1 x motion sensor’s battery was flat, replacing battery gave red flash, was completely disappeared from HC2, had to reconnect. 2nd motion sensor reacted on motion and tamper, but was no longer in the HC2. Both door sensors had flat batteries, and both was no longer present in the HC2. Most annoying, I’m now checking on a weekly basis whether all sensors are still connected. Not really reliable.
  10. Not working yet in the Netherlands, at least, not on my KPN/xs4all connection
  11. Hi @Sankotronicmy rain sensor was dead, flat battery. After putting in new batteries and restart of plug-in, it’s working again. It seems that when one of the sensors is down, the Netatmo plugin is no longer updating all other sensors
  12. I restarted the fibaro-Netatmo plugin, not updating data. I get the message “your account is connected”, but all devices give zeros. Removed and reinstalled the plugin, same, still no updates. No typos in both id’s I had to enter, did a copy/paste from my Netatmo account.
  13. The “official” Fibaro plug-in is no longer updating after November last year (still showing 22.3 degrees for my living room for 3 months now), so something did change in the Netatmo api
  14. I do this on a HC2, with an mqtt server in between HC2 and node-red (mqtt and node-red server on same hardware (raspberry pi)). Send mqtt signal from hc2 to mqtt-server and have an mqtt-input node in node-red to pickup the signal (or other way around). Same could be done with a webserver in between (http call from hc2 to webserver, http-in node in node-red)
  15. @m.roszak Any update on this? The Netatmo plugin in HC2 is not updating temperature and humidity anymore, which is a nuisance, because I use the temperature reading as my main temperature setting for my living room, controlling my floor heating system. As winter is coming, I either need the plugin, or I have to put in a separate thermostat.
