  1. Well maybe not the full solution. How do I see the devices from my second house in my GH when I'm there? - as my google account is the same at both houses...
  2. Having two accounts doesn't seem to be the right way to go as @Kfruechtl is proposing. I understand that it does work but it should be "out of the box" to have this kind of functionality I think...
  3. So I have two houses with a hc2 in both. I also have a set of Google home minis in both houses. However I'm only able to use voice to control one of the houses and the devices from the other house is not visible in the Google home app. I can add the devices from the other house by talking to fibaro and after listing devices choose the hc2 from the other house, but of course then the devices from the other house disappear from the Google home app... I don't know if this is for Google to fix or if Fibaro can list all devices for both hc2's. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem is appreciated.
  4. I Know, that's what I had/have as well - the problem was that I only saw the devices from one of the HC2's in GH app - but it's solved now by asking Google Assistant to "Synchronize devices" then all devices was shown and I could assign them to the right room in the right house
  5. Well this was dead silent... But luckily I found the issue to the problem myself. This is what I did - I asked Google Assistant to Synchronize my devices (synchronisera mina enheter) and then they discovered the devices from my second HC2 as well - all is now good.
  6. Hi community, Perhaps you can help me understand how (if) to connect two houses that each has a HC2 and have them connected to my Google Home Mini for voice control. Setup I have two houses, in each house I have a HC2 that are linked to my Fibaro Cloud account. I can access them both remotely and everything is working fine through the app on my phone and as well as from computers. In each house I also have a Google Home Mini, that are configured to talk Swedish AND English. I live in Sweden should I say as well. Problem I've managed to link my Fibaro account to the Google Home app on my phone but only the devices in ONE of the houses are SEEN and can be controlled trough Google Home or Assistant. I've done multiple unlinking and re-linking as well. Both HC2's are on 4.510 I can switch to English and say "talk to Fibaro" and it lists both devices and I can control them from there. But through the Google Interface only the devices in one of the houses are seen - if you follow me here Any guidance or ideas to test would be highly appreciated! Have a good Saturday out there!
  7. Hi Sarzeau and Flowy, If you are using HC2 (function should be available also in other controllers) you can choose the option to "Remove a unit" it's under the same section when you are trying to include a unit. Push "Remove unit" and click three times on your door sensor as well. That way it gets excluded from your system. Once that's done try and include it again in normal way.
  8. Thanks I.Srodka - strange but your resolution worked just fine Thanks a lot!
  9. Hi all, I got a notification from my door sensor the other day that battery was low and should be replaced. So I opened the door (i.e the magnet was away) opened the sensor and changed the battery. Now I thought that should do the trick but I'm still getting notifications that battery level is low and that it should be replaced. So, then I tested to do a soft reconfiguration and restarted the HC2 but still the same notifications. What shall I do, I dont want to conduct a full reset of the device as I then have to re-do the scene. Or is this the only option to have it fixed? Thanks for your help
