Częstotliwość lokalizacji jako zmienna

Witam,
wrzuciłem stary niepotrzebny telefon do auta i obecnie działa jako lokalizator GPS połączony z Fibaro (ładuje się tylko na uruchomionym silniku).
Chciałbym aby jego częstotliwość lokalizowana mogła być ustawiona jako zmienna.
Stojąć pod blokiem dla oszczędzenia bateri częstotliwość zmieniałaby się  za pomocą sceny na 5-10 min.
Podczas oddalenia się od domu częstotliwość zwiększałaby się do 1 min.
 
Gdy ktoś np kradnie auto lepiej mieć pomiary z większą dokładnością niż szukać auta w promieniu ~500m bo złodziej wjechał do garażu i sygnał GPS zanikł.

Dobry pomysł. Można to zrobić samemu w scenie.

Algorytm:

 - sprawdź położenie
 - jeżeli po 10 min. położenie nie zmieniło się znacznie, to zmień częstotliwość na 10 min.
 - jeżeli po 10 min. położenie zmieniło się, to zmień częstotliwość na 1 min.
