FGD-211 how does it work inside?

Question

Hi,

I'm in france, we use 220V.

I'd like to know how does the DIM works, I would expect I can see a power variation between 0V and 220V according to how I control the power right (0% to 100%), is this somethjing I can measure and if yes between what and what?

I mean between L and N I expect to always see 220v.

so is the variation supposed to happen between L and O?

is there any diagram (high level view) showing how it works inside the module?

thanks,

Rod
