Anyway is there a way to change the widgets order ? What are the rules of widgets sorting on iphone and watch ?

Can you elaborate? Frankly, I do not entirely understand what you mean.

I mean what to do to have specific widget on let's say first place in a first row ?

first order all scenes on HCx, start the ios app, go to settings -> widgets, open it and save - the new sort will be applied then to ios app as well.
