Philips Hue Bulbs not available in the Scenes

I have 6 Phillips Hue bulbs installed and I can control them via the HC2 - all working fine. However I cannot reference them in the GUI for Scenes. Any ideas welcome?

I also have Philips Hue bulbs and cannot select them when i am creating a scene. 

Can anyone help out, would like to use a time schedule.
