  1. I have some device connected to z-wave plugs that can measure the energy consumption (devolo (Metering Plug MT:2646) and aeon labs (aeotec ZW075 v2) plugs are used). Now I would like every month a report how many kWh each of the plugs counted so far. Best would be to get that report by email. Is something like this possible in the HC2 eg with LUA? Can anybody help me to get started: - how to get the combined kWh from the devices - how to send an email - how to run the script only once per month thanks
  2. HC2 startup,The LED light blinks left, then ,all the lights are on. Restoring factory settings too Has anyone ever had this problem? Is there a solution? I am eager to get your instruction. I will appreciate any of your help.
  3. I face a serious issue with my HC2 currently. HC2 does have a static IP right now, but it doesn`t stay stable for more than 4 seconds. I tried to make it DHCP and also recovered it , but for no use. The page can`t be opened at all .My version is 4.056. This is totally useless now and i require a solution to come out of it.
  4. Hello guys, Id need your help please. Over last night my HC2 stopped responding from no reason. When I came to my HC2, none LED lights were on. I tried to unplug the power and turn it back on. LED lights started flashing from right to left and every few seconds kept turned on one by one except the last one on the left (service). Now all lights are on and the left one flashes. I can not access the system anyhow. I tried to go through the recovery procedure, yet I can not access it. If I unplug the device, press the reset button + plug in the power, LED strat flashing from left to right but turns off in a few seconds. Please can anyone advice what to do? Thank you, tampiss
  5. Hello, I like to start a scene at every keypress on my Zipato Mini Keypad with RFiD Example: Zipato Away + PIN >>> Start scene Arm Zipato Home + TAG >>> Start scene DisArm Zipato Away + TAG >>> Start scene Arm Zipato Home + PIN >>> Start scene DisArm This works fine, no problem so far but if i'm also using my smartphone it doesn't work 1) Yesterday Alarm Disarmed by Zipato-Home-key + PIN 2) Today Alarm Armed by Smartphone 3) Today i try to disarm by Zipato-Home-key + TAG >>> NO TRIGGER Fibaro HC2 doesn't start a scene at step-3 because 'value' was not changed, for the system i pushed the home-key again (step 1 and 3) How do i trigger a scene with FIBARO LUA every time a key was pushed? ----------------------- Every key-press is send to Fibaro HC2 as it shows in the status screen [23:11:56] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:24:50] ID 299: unlocked by user 2 [23:24:58] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:25:25] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:25:43] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:25:54] ID 299: unlocked by user 2 [23:27:46] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:27:52] ID 299: locked by user 3 [23:27:57] ID 299: unlocked by user 2 [23:31:03] ID 299: locked by user 2 [23:31:13] ID 299: unlocked by user 2 [23:47:04] ID 299: locked by user 1 [23:47:11] ID 299: unlocked by user 1 ----------------------- SCENE HEADER: --[[ %% properties 299 value %% events %% globals --]] Can somebody help?
  6. Hi to you all! Maybe you know that I'm a critical HC2 user since 2013. In short, as I mention here I was feeling the Fibaro was holding me back in possibilities, privacy and security. So I started to investigate to get more control over what I think was important to me. I said I would abandon the HC2. The good news, I will not (for now). After extensive testing and trying to find a proper configuration, I found a way to implement the HC2, demanding my needs and wishes concerning: Security Privacy Possibilities Time to spend (re-configuring 200+ devices, 50 scenes and 30 Virtual Devices) The solution I'm implementing is a Raspberry Pi 3 with Node-Red for all communications from the HC2. In short, this means using the HC2 solely as a Z-wave controller and automation gateway. Setup: - The Node-Red will receive commands from the HC2 by an encrypted (https) and password protected connection. At this point it's still one way by sending from the HC2 to Node-Red. - The HC2 is (will be) blocked from internet access. Internet access to the HC2 will be done by VPN. - All other domotica devices are on a separate subnet (VLAN). - All messages (email/push/Telegram) is processed by Node-Red. (disabling all Fibaro 'services'). Example: An alarm is breached: - HC2 will send a message by https to Node-Red. - Node-Red sends IP-Camera snapshots to own email-server, push-account or private Telegram-bot. - Node-Red will check my Ubiquiti manage-switch to check if someone is at home (Mobile phone present in LAN) at will send result to push or Telegram. For sending data to Node-Red a scene is used with content of 5 Global Variable, triggered by one: SC_Nred_VarName (Name variable to send. used as trigger, must be written as last) SC_Nred_VarVal (Value to send) SC_Nred_VarType (not used yet, could be used for sending the type of value, like string, date, time etc.) SC_Nred_VarLog (data for storing data in Node-Red logfiles) SC_Nred_VarPath (path to the Node-Red http-receive-node, default /hc2) The scene code (Beta code 20170526): --[[ %% properties %% events %% globals SC_Nred_VarName --]] -- -- Initialisation of user settings (change if necessary) -- -- Global variables (has to be added manually in HC2 variables panel) local globVarName = 'SC_Nred_VarName'; -- Name of global variable to send (trigger!) local globVarValue = 'SC_Nred_VarVal'; -- Value of global variable to send local globVarType = 'SC_Nred_VarType'; -- Type of global variable to send local globVarLog = 'SC_Nred_VarLog'; -- Logmessage to send local globVarPath = 'SC_Nred_VarPath'; -- Node-Red http-node path to interact with -- Node-Red server connections credentials local nredIp = '192.168.x.x'; -- Node-RED server IP-address local nredPort = 1880; -- Node-Red server port number local nredUser = 'HC2'; -- Node-Red user used to change variables local nredPass = 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'; -- Node-Red password of used user -- Node-Red server credentials options: true = Enable, false = Disable local nredUseLogin = false; -- TODO!! 7. I have found several topics on HC2 and iTunes. However there were only brief ideas and I did not find any complete, well documented solution. Is there anybody who managed to integrate iTunes running on OS X system and Fibaro HC2 box in the way that VD would be able to control iTunes ? It would be great to have VD with buttoons to play, stop, select playlist, etc. directly from HC2. Any hint is highly appreciated.
  8. I try to coverage a medium area but the relay and other zwave device don't have good coverage also with mesh network. I installed HC2 with HCL (master & slave) on many places on house but don't work properly, I think we need a better antenna. If I colocated the slave on one side of the house some device don't work also a few meter. The house was built with blocks (20 cms) with rock decoration the wall in some places, tempered glass, and steel girders.
  9. Just bought the siren from Aeotec, and tried playing around with it yesterday. If I add the device with "Add in security mode if device supports it" it has trouble reading parameters, and if I press on the sirene does not react. However, if I add it without selecting secure mode, the sirene works as expected and I can change parameters and turn it on and off as I like. Another weird thing I see: when I include the sirene, it defaulted to being on. Weird behaviour, but I believe this is a problem with Aeotec. Have anyone else seen this problem where secure mode doesn't work? HC2 version 4.120
  10. Has anybody tried/managed to link Fibaro HC2 with the Hydrawise Irrigation system controller made by Hunter : https://www.hydrawise.com/ This controller connect to the network via WIFI. I appreciate any comment on this ...
  11. Hello All A while back there was a discussion about being able to control zwave devices with infrared. Namely to use with home AV equipment. Now there is one and i have being testing it and works very well. This module allows 20 IR codes (which you can define) to output to 20 http commands (again which you define and allocated to a source IR command) i have configured it and inputted the fibaro API commands to trigger scenes. In my examples 'PLAY' on bluray player plays my movie and dims the lights, then when i press 'STOP' the movies stops and lights brighten. Have a look at the video.. This can be bought directly from Keene Electronics or i can supply for a £5 discount. FREE delivery to UK. cheers http://www.yorkshireautomation.co.uk/infra-red-to-z-wave/
  12. [RFC] Home Center 2 This Request for change concerns possibility to hide devices created by plugins. The virutal device(s) created by some plugins like Philips HUE, or Logitech Harmony, only take place in the GUI, but actually there is nothing to do, only the first time i.e. initiating connection, or occasionally like finding HUE devices. These devfices unfortunatelly can not be hidden in the system and they take precious space in the GUI. So please Fibaro, add this feature to the system, at least for thouse plugins which need to be vissible only ones, or occasionally. Thanks in advance.
  13. HI, I'm reasonably sure I did't see this prior to 4.120 With the following code if (tonumber(os.date("%w")) > 0 and tonumber(os.date("%w")) < 6 and fibaro:getGlobalValue(schoolState) == schoolStateMapping. No then fibaro:debug("Info: Running weekday and no school main code sequence..") buildMsg() weekdayOff() MumDadGreeting() return end I am getting the following error The problem is typo and I have one too many parenthesis (just after the if) It is reporting the correct line # but I thought that prior to 4.120, this would have been reported as something like "expected ( after blah' or 'expected then after blah' Perhaps it was always there but it seems like a poor description for what was actually wrong in the code Thoights -f
  14. Hi ALL! Is it normal behaviour that everytime when i reboot my HC2 the HUE lamps are switched on, while there are no criteria matching in my scenes to do so?
  15. Hi All, I'm new to all of this, Have a HC2 , also have a Harmony Remote along with a few sono's speakers. I was looking to create my first scene using the Motion sensor to essentially play music on my sonos if it gets triggered during certain times of the day, however everytime i try creating a scene the Sonos device doesnt show up, nor does any of my Harmony remote options ? I'm assuming i'm doing something wrong or does this kind of stuff need to be done via LUA (i can't code btw- but might have to start learning)
  16. Hi, My latest backup seem to be taking much longer than usual It's now been running for just over 1 hour, normally its 10 mins I tried the usual things (browser cache, connection from phone, tablets, no zwave lights) The backup seems to be running too long IMHO I'm slow to interrupt it (and I don't how to safely ) but was wondering how ling shyould I leave it running.. thoughts ? -f
Centralka - Home Center 2 Urządzenia: Keyfob, Double switch, RGBW Controller Pozdrawiam, Krzysztof
  18. Hello guys Any news on the Nest plug ins? Any solution other than IFTT? On the 4.12 there is no NEST plug ins at all Thanks in advance
  19. Hi All! Sometimes also to save storage I try to delete some old backups, but the system says: Access Forbidden. Is there a rule for making and deleting backups? B.t.w. yesterday I had the same situation and after rebooting HC2 that backup i intended to delete was gone. Can't figure out this isuue....
  20. Hello everyone, I've big issue I can't solve, maybe you guys can help. I have a door/window sensor which is (checkboxes) "hidden in the system" and "device is unabled". Now the problem is, this sensor is Armed... but I cannot Disarm it because it's greyed out in the interface, because it's is unabled. But I cannot enable the device because of the 403 error I get. Also removing from the system is not possible because of the 403 error. Is there, for example, a way to force all devices (no matter if they unabled or hidden) to disarm? In the alarmpanel of my Homecenter says that the alarm is completely disarmed, but I see in 192.168.1.20/api/devices that my sensor is armed. How can I get out of this problem? It drives me crazy! Thank you guys!

    Camera on TV

Does anyone know of a way that when someone rings your doorbell and you are watching tv that it will display a live view on your tv of your ip camera located at your doorstep?
  22. Morning all! i am looking to send a plain text command from Fibaro into other systems; however I am struggling getting the command to send. From my understanding you cannot put the username/password in the string that is inside the 'Virtual Device' button. The command I want to send from a VD button is - http://Username:[email protected]:50000/dev/sps/HallLight/Pulse It works using web browsers and applications like Postman. Any ideas?
  23. Hope the forum can help me with this. I switched from HCL to HC2. I configured the HC2 as a gateway with HCL as slave. All working fine. Both HCL and HC2 are running version 4.110. On HC2, I created a scene with an interactive push notification triggered by a timer global. However, if I switch on Qubino relays which has a notify parameter in the advanced tab (see screenshot), I receive the notification on my mobile. The source of the notification (on Android phone) is clearly 'HC2'. How is this possible? It took me hours to find the source of the message but could not find any relation. I'm sure no scene is triggered on HC2. No other source type in a scene on HC2 is triggered. As far as I could test it already, also the HC2 scene is running fine and doing the job. This is the interactive push notification created. The content is exactly the same as the notification in the interactive push notification on HCL (I'm migrating scenes from HCL to HC2). But the source is clearly HC2. api.post('/mobile/push', {["mobileDevices"]={149}, ["message"]='Thermostaat staat te lang op. Afzetten?', ["title"]='Thermostaat afzetten', ["category"]='YES_NO', ["data"]={["sceneId"]=11}});
  25. Hi! Have you tried to run a scene with danalock V2 in HC2? I can lock and unlock the door with signle command button on HC2. But whene I try t do the same command in scene (Open/Close) I can't do it. When the scenes run nothing happen. thanks.
