  1. I have 5 Aeotec Wall Plugs. They have always been iffy. After upgrading from HC2 to HC3, they are basically non-functional. Only one out of 5 works reliably. I have updated the firmware on them to the latest They enrolled fine and responded to get neighbour list from their final destination. But a few months later, only one works. 4 of them no longer respond to get neighbour list They keep going dead frequently I suspect because of above, some neighboring fibaro devices are also not responding to get neighbour list. Has anyone experienced any problems with them? Since the sockets are dual, I cant put a fibaro switch behind the wall socket. Is there an alternative?
  2. Hello, I have three smart switche 6's that were connected to the Homecenter 2 and operating reasonably well. Recently I have been unable to connect reliably to them, even though none of the devices have been moved. The last week removed the switches from the Homecenter 2 network and did a factory reset, and now i can no longer register any of the switches with the Homecenter 2. Thoughts? Regards Ishan
