  1. Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to connect CO Fibaro sensor directly to raspberry pi? I would like at least to retrieve some signal and process it. If there is any other way can you point me to it? Best regards
  2. Hi, I was lucky to get one of these to test and was about to add a couple more near my two new wood-burning fires. I thought I would repeat my test and I am pleased to say the device past with flying colours. These devices do work well and warn well before the limit. Well worth adding if you have appliances that could produce CO. Loud siren as soon as it hit red and notifications flashing. I test like this: 1) Puddle of water to create a seal 2) a couple of matchsticks to hold sensor out of the puddle 3) place sensor on matchsticks 4) put a small candle on top of a shot glass. 5) light candle and let it get burning well 6) invert bowl over the rig 7) and leave it The alarm does not sound that loud until you remove that bowl but when you take that bowl off it is plenty. I also trigger the main house alarm to make sure as loud as possible. notification on alarm and return to safe 9 months and I know we have not had detectable levels of CO in the house
  3. Well guys it looks ofiicial. https://www.fibaro.com/en/products/co-sensor/ Great small life saving device to rooms with solid fuel boilers and fireplaces. Also good to garage. No other gasses won't affect it, becouse of very good CO detector in a device. And it has Temperature sensor inside. Sense only CO. Description of alarm at the back of the cover. It is Z-Wave Plus device and radio range, with my tested unit is great (Across my house). Pros: Small Siren - Neigbors came out to see what happened Desing - like smoke sensor. Solid plastic case - blown by car exhaust from a brick and did not broke it (that is how i actually tested mine) Great alarm reporting - immediately response across my whole house without retlansation Associations - tested with 2 wall plugs and works great Cons: Missing terminals for hard wires - i really miss this for connection to EZS (Paradox, DSC, Jablotron, ...) Some screenshots: GUI from HC home page Screenshot is in CZ so some legend here: Co detektor = CO detector (sensor) Teploměr = temperature sensor Nikdy nenarušeno = Never breached Poplach nikdy nedetekován = Alarm never detected GUI of it in settings.
  4. Does anybody knows a relieable combined CO-/gas detector ? I want to secure my gas-fired heating at home regarding CO (defect heating) as well as gas (LNG) in case of a leak.
