  1. I have two FGS-212 AH v2.2 which I am trying to get detected by HC2. The wiring is correct as I can see and hear the gate turn the lights on an off when I hit the B button but no matter what I do I cannot get them to be seen by HC2. they simply will not detect. I even cut the end off an IEC cable to wire L and N and placed it within 10cm of HC2 to try to get it to include.......nothing. This is an all Fibaro setup but the FGS 212 seem like junk. I mean if one had a problem then ok it could be faulty, but both once wired seem to be fine. They just wont detect on the HC2. I tried the 3 second reset but again nothing. Not sure what to do at this point. Most trouble I have read about these devices comes from the wiring but I didnt have a problem with that. Any ideas? Is there a way to test to see if they are transmitting on the ZWave frequencies?
  2. I know the spec is 0 to +35 but have anyone tried to mount it outside? My plan is to mount two (in the power outlet housing) of them to control the heater in the car (engine+inside of car) to eliminate external timers. Anyone got an easy and wife friendly solution to setting the time of departure (My plan is to adjust the run time of the heater based to outside temp.)
  3. Hi Guys I have an issue with the installation of and FGS212 my problem is i have only a two wire systems means the N is only at the bulb and on the switch, I have only the the L wich is interrupted by the mech switch. I think i did it right i can switch on the light but in that moment the FSG212 did not get power and the relay fell down, i think this is because of the LED i think with a normal bulb it will work. Will, in this case, the bypass will help? Regards Chris
  4. i have a client who has a single relay connected to the garage door actuator. it is setup as an auto off to enable him to mimic his remote control to open and close the garage door. the problem is the garage door opens at random times. he has assured me that the remote is safe and no one has pressed it, also no one has pressed the button through the fibaro interface, web or app. i set up the 'save logs' section and can see that it is definitely the relay that has activated. so question has anyone else experienced these 'ghostly' activations???? thanks
