  1. Hi! I have HC2 as master gateway and HCL as slave controller. Fibaro Heat controller was added to HCL controller in secure mode. After synchronisation i have next problems: 1.Fibaro Heat controller has not appeared in Master controller HC2 interface 2. sensor of Heat Controller has appeared, but doesn't refresh. I tried many times, but the same result. Could anybody help me, what must i do to solve this problems? Thank's to all Vladimir
  2. I have a request from an installer and actually it is a good one. Request - Turn on calibration in Fibaro heat Controller via Z-Wave through parameters or same as roller shutter. Use-Case - Installed does not need spend few hours on the road just for doing calibration on Heat Controller. He could make more money, that can be spent for purchase of Fibaro devices for next installation. -> WinWin concept.
  3. Hello, I'm new to the forum and I do apologize if this is not the correct location to post this. If incorrect, please move this topic to the correct category. Preamble: I want to use Fibaro to automate heating inside my apartment and create heating zones. The heating source is an apartment boiler which needs to be turned on/off to heat the agent that gets circulated through the heating pipes and radiators. I have the boiler control set up with Fibaro switches and it works very well. I am planning on installing Fibaro Heat Controllers on all radiators to control heating zones, but my problem is knowing when to start the boiler. As an example, for two rooms, Room1 and Room2, if Room1 needs heating, I need to know to turn on the boiler and rely on Room2 heat controller to not allow heating agent in that room's radiator. My question: Do the Heat Controller thermostats have any way of reporting that they need heating or that they're open to circulate heating agent? The direction I'm going with this is to query the thermostats in a scene to determine if they're open and then start the boiler which will pump agent through the whole system. If none of the thermostats are open, then stop the boiler. I cannot keep the boiler running all the time due to expense and strain on the pump. Any thoughts or insights? Thanks
  4. Hi, I am looking at buying a couple of Fibaro Heat Controllers to remotely control my radiators and create schedules. I wanted to know how this would work in conjunction with an external thermostat such as a Nest. I use the Nest to control my boiler, regardless of the availability of the official Fibaro plugin for Nest (while we are on the subject: what is happening with that). So my question: If I use the Nest to control my boiler and it has switched itself off, does it matter if the Fibaro Heat Controllers are still "On"? With a regular valve this does not matter but I was wondering if there is something particular here. Thanks in advance for your feedback! KR, Kristof And PS: Nest plugin!!!
  5. https://www.fibaro.com/en/products/the-heat-controller/ Yesterday I discovered that Fibaro has a new module: a Heat Controller for your radiator. Because this is a new product, I couldn't find any review about it. Anyone here that hat experience with the product? Or is planning to buy some?
