  1. Hello All, I will try and give as much information as possible as i am completely stuck and the support team have just asked me to send unit in for repair. Just want to explore that i am not missing anything obvious first to try. So my HC2 is stuck with just the first LED lit and no others, even when i do the recovery process just the first LED and recovery LED are lit not the LAN. Whilst booting the lights on the RJ45 socket do light up and flash, until about 5 seconds before boot up finished, then they go out. "Fibaro Finder" is unable to locate it. When i do a network scan it does not appear. Have changed the patch lead to rule that out. Have tried direct PC (Windows 10) to home centre, both through normal boot and recovery boot up. I changed the PC IP to and also tried changing it to with gateway of and retrospectively. Still no connection to HC2. without obtaining a connection I unable to change the HC2 to DHCP. The test light for IP does suggest it's in static mode. Any suggestions before i send the unit off??????
