  1. Did not even get trough January before my HC 2 got stuck at "staring services" this happened 4 times last year, 3 times Fibaro support had to solved the problem, the 4th time it solved it self after 1½ week "waiting for Fibaro support! I did not do anything, no updates, no nothing! BUT NOW FIBARO HAS MY HOME ON A LOCK DOWN AGAIN! (probably for the next 2-3 weeks) This is not "SMARTHOME" more like "STUPIDHOME" But tough they keep launching new products, instead of solving the problems they have! THIS REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!
  2. How to reset the Unit if you can't get a connection with your IOS device and the direct way also failed? (option 1 and 2) My unit show all numbers in Blue and sometime's in Red, also the external (extra) button to open gate also failed. On my POE Switch only the Power light is on, there is no connection with the Internet or local network! Is this a brick ? PLEASE HELP!
  3. Since the last update I'm having issues that I cannot connect anymore when I'm connected via 4G (having HC2), it says "No internet connection". Last week I installed also a new HCL at my parents house and they are experiencing the same issue. When connected via Wifi, everything works fine.
  4. Hey guys, I'm facing a connection issue with my new HCL. I tried to update to latest firmware, after the HCL restarted, only the power LED is on. HCL is connected directly to router, and the ethernet cable is verified working. I'm unable to detect the HCL on the local network via the Fibaro Finder app even after trying to boot in recovery mode. Any ideas? Thanks!
