  1. I have a Jasco in-wall dimmer (26932). When I go to add it (by selecting or deselecting every option) the device adds and it says configuration finished. But when I go to the devices they all say not configured. It turns off the switch and when motion is detected it turns the switch back on, but the motion does not indicate a breach. It also added two lights for some reason. Does anyone have advise on resolving this issue or should I try another brand of in wall dimmer? I am tired of Fibaro not being able to add all of my devices properly!! HC2 4.600 device is 2” away from antenna
  2. Hello, I have many Fibaro Wall Plug (2500W) devices (they were connected to another z-wave network, connected to another z-wave controller. The old controller is dead now.) and when I’m trying to add (include) any of this devices to my new Home Center 2 controller, I have a problem with it. The log: [14:25:36] Home Center in learning mode [14:25:38] Device added [14:25:40] Add node status protocol done [14:25:40] Adding devices complete [14:25:40] Adding devices complete [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 1 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 1 [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 2 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 2 [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 3 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 3 [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 1 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 1 [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 2 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 2 [14:25:54] ID 45: Set association for group 3 [14:25:54] ID 45: Received association report from group 3 [14:26:17] ID 45: Device configuration finished And after that I see what 2 devices are included (why not one?) and with strange status: Not configured. See screenshot. If I try to switch off or switch on the device - it works. I have tried to reconfigure this device but no luck: Reconfiguration Failed. See screenshot. I have tried to reset the device like in this instruction https://manuals.fibaro.com/wall-plug/. Insert the device into a socket Press and hold the B-button Wait for the visual indicator to glow yellow Release the B-button Press the B-button again, briefly Successful reset will be confirmed with the visual indicator changing colour to red Visual indicator and Wall Plug’s relay will turn off It resets successfully but the problem repeats when I try to add (include) the device. After all I restore my controller from backup. I’m trying again and again but the problem is still persist. Only 1 form about 15 Fibaro Wall Plugs is connected correctly now. Please, help me with it. What should I do?
  3. Hi. Yesterday I made a backup of my HC2 (version 4.180), which I do from time to time (usually without problems). After the backup it restarted, and then 36 of my devices were "not configured"! A lot of devices that I had hidden in the user interface, reappeared. The unconfigured devices are impossible to configure. They just have a status of "reconfiguring", and that's all, for many hours. The devices don't work, of course. If I try to, say, adjust i light dimmer, it says "configuring" and then nothing else. No response from Fibaro support either. I tried to restore a backup. No change. Please, wise forum, help! Helge
  4. since setting up my Garage controller (aeon Labs model: https://aeotec.com/z-wave-garage-door-controller) it has displayed as being Not Configured. i can manually open and close the door from the interface but when i comes to putting this into a block scene (i only have a HCL) i am unable to choose the device. Ideas?
  5. Has anyone successfully added inovelli's 2 channel switch (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K6J1Y1I/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) into HC2 or HCL? I have one but everytime I add it to my devices it says "not configured". it gives me 3 switches that are controllable manually but cannot be added into scenes (see screenshot). can someone help?
