  1. Hello, Every couple of days HC2 is giving 503 message and I need to manually restart it. I'm attaching a picture to better illustrate the situation. Also the service status seems to be self explicatory: {"HCServer":{"running":false,"status":"Process not running"},"Zwave":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"},"FibaroServices":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"},"RemoteAccess":{"running":true,"status":"Ok"}} HCServer is not running and any api calls that I make, even the reboot ones have no effect. I would appreciate very much any advise that you might have, I must also mention that I'm running the latest stable firmware but this behaviour was also happening with previous firmwares.
  2. Good evening, My Fibaro Home Center 2 keeps crashing. Tried a lot of things already, like recovery and putting back the backup. Recovery and completely reinstalling the setup (excluding and including all devices) helped for a month or two. Then coming home from a short vacation, the HC2 had crashed again. I notices that the Aeon Multisensors kept sending updates on humidity, lux, etc all the time. So I switched those updates off, only using the breached/safe status updates. Still the HC2 kept on crashing. Updating from 4.130 to 4.140 did not help. Then I did another recovery and putting back the last 1.40 backup. Now I monitored the CPU activity. Figure 1: Without any reason, the CPU starts to behave very erratic at 17:15. Figure 2: During that time no updates are recorded on the laptop. But somehow the HC2 survived and kept on going. Figure 3: Another spike at 19:10 Figure 4: But the HC2 keeps performing normally Figure 5: At 19.35, again this erratic CPU behaviour, but now the HC2 crashes while we were watching Netflix. So no activity/movement in the house. Can anybody explain what is going on? What is causing these strange CPU activities? Are these CPU activities linked to the crashing of the HC2? And what can be done to prevent the HC from crashing over and over again? I appreciate any comment. Setup: HC2 Aeon Multisensors 6 (5x, using adapters, not batteries) Fibaro Dimmer 2 ( 4x) Fibaro socket switch (1X)
  3. I dont know if anyone else has come accross this, but this morning my system seemed to have froze! My last scene that ran was about 00:05, and after that i have just a couple of scenes to turn off bedroom lamps and these didnt work, neither did the morning water heating, central heating scenes etc when i tried to manually run them nothing worked. tried to disarm sensors but they would auto-re arm. tried the dimmers and they would stay on. no scene would run. a restart of HC2 did the trick. a client of mine reported the same thing this morning so Question: Has anyone else experienced this, this morning? thanks
  4. Hola: A client asked Us for help when an error 503 appeared in his system. The firmware was 4.130. This issue came up 24 hrs before his deadline with his client ! We wanted to replace his HC2 so that we may continue to explore this issue but he insisted that he could re do all over the project, and then if the error came back he would send us the HC2. He tried to do recovery using the cloud backup but it didn´t help, here are some screen shots of the process when we help him. This was the 3rd time he tried recovery, he had tried with and without erasing the z wave network Whenever he asked for not erasing the Z wave network this is how the system looked afterwards . The system has over 50 z wave devices If he tried to recover the latest backup the error kept coming We believe that he did factory restore and the problem was Solved… Any light on the matter would be highly appreciated
  5. I'm currently stuck in a never ending 503 after I deleted some virtual devices and the netatmo plugin. Any tips on how to possibly fix this? (if already mailed support but I'm afraid that will take a while).
  6. More and more users are reporting that their HC2 crash every few hours. I am one of them. HC2 is still running but HCSERVER is crashed, meaning you have no function, no web interface, just SSH access. See attachment how the interface looks like. Right now no one has a clue why this happens. Fibaro can connect to a crashed HC2 and find out but it is so difficult to get support if this happens. No one wants HC2 to be offline for days and it seems that only one developer can find this issue which makes it even more difficult. So if you have a crashed HC2 and can manage it don't restart! Contact A.Socha so he hopefully can connect together with another developer to find the cause for this and bring out the first real HOT fix. Please also vote if you have this exact same issue.
