    Witam, Od wczoraj zmagam się z problemami z HC2. Sceny nie uruchamiają się automatycznie. Miałem wcześniej dużo działących już scen i dopisałem wczoraj nową i przestało działać. Robiłem kilka restartów i nic. Nie widziałem, żeby firmware się aktualizował. Obecna wersja to 4.530. Jeśli odpalę sceny ręcznie to zadziałają, więc kod jest poprawny. Jakieś pomysły?
  3. So I have two houses with a hc2 in both. I also have a set of Google home minis in both houses. However I'm only able to use voice to control one of the houses and the devices from the other house is not visible in the Google home app. I can add the devices from the other house by talking to fibaro and after listing devices choose the hc2 from the other house, but of course then the devices from the other house disappear from the Google home app... I don't know if this is for Google to fix or if Fibaro can list all devices for both hc2's. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem is appreciated.
  4. I've got the IDLock working normally for some time, then decided to install the Z-Wave module to integrate it to my HC2. The device is recognized, but there's no template, and limited functionality should be expected. However, the lock doesn't respond at all to any attempt to lock or unlock. Any ideas? And Hopefully Fibaro will provide a template for this module some time soon. Thomas

Hi All, We recently purchased a Roomba 690 (with built in WiFi) and I went with the iRobot brand specifically as its listed on the home page of the Fibaro website as a one of the device thats compatible with the Fibaro system. https://www.shopirobot.com.au/roomba-robot-vacuum-cleaner/roomba690-robot-vacuum-cleaner.html I've been through the available Add-ons on my HC2 as well as searching both these forums and the internet with no answers.   6. Hello, I'm trying to modify a already define global variable using the REST API for the HC2. This is done from a ESP2866 (nodeMCU-isch) board. I can do a http.get towards the HC" and I get the correct JSON information. When I do http.put I seem not to be able to set the variable. My message headers contains a basic auth, and I have payload that looks like this {"value":"On"} The address looks like this http://1.2.3.4/api/globalVariables/thevariable According to the httpclient i'm using i seem to get return code 200 but no result and the variable is not changed. Using the hc2ip/docs link I can test this out with the correct payload and it works fine. However I'm logged in as an Admin then. Trying to change the user from my ESP2866 I just got that the HC" banned me for 30 min. So is there a problem using normal users when trying to modify a global variable ? Do I need to be admin ? Or is there something else I need to check ? Regards P
  7. Witam, Posiadam w swoim domu wiele podwujnych wlacznikow ze sprzezynkami (bistabilnych) do sterowania swiatlem i chcialbym przypisac im dodatkowe funkcje sterowania innym oswietleniem. Do tego celu chcialem uzyc urzadzenia o nazwie Pilot, ktory dodal sie wraz z dodaniem Double Switch 2. Na tym urzadzeniu sa w prosty sposob do ustawienia reguly reakcji przy 2x wcisnieciu klawisza, 3 krotnym itd. Poniewaz jednokrotne wcisniesie S1 czy S2 wlacza lub wylacza swiatlo podlaczone bezposrednio to przelacznika, to oczywistym jest, ze chcialem skorzystac z funkcji podwujnego klikniecia do wywolania dodatkowej reakcji. Mimo uaktywnienia podwujnego klikniecia w opcji zaawansowanych, oraz poprawnych ustawien dzialania przelacznika jako bistabilny, guzik wyzwaja reakcje ustawiona jako 2 krotne wcisniecie juz przy pojedynczym wcisnieciu. Probowalem wszystkich kombinacji, probowalem asocjacji ktora miala by wyzwalac dodatkowe oswietlenie ale nie przy jednokrotnym wcisnieciu i nic... Gdzie robie blad? Przy okazji dodam, ze mam zamiar skonfigurowac 2 ktotne wcisniecie klawiasza do uruchmienia swiatla LED Philips HUE. (oczywiscie probowalem ustawien tej funcji na oswietleniu podlaczonego do innego przekaznika Double Switch 2 zeby nie bylo ze w HUE jest problem). Niestety system w przypadku checi dodania reguly reakcji przy 2x wcisnieciu klawisza nie widzi urzadzen z pluginow, wiec dodalem urzadzenie wirtualne ale ono tez nie jest widoczne, wiec dodalem urzadzenie recznie jako scene i w niej wpisalem polecenie uruchomienia z kodem fibaro:call(137, "turnOn") ktora to scena dziala przy recznym wywolaniu ale nie dziala wogole przy dodaniu funkcji w klawiszu przelacznika na scianie. Dziekuje z gory za pomoc i przepraszam jezeli rozwiazanie jest blache i wynika z mojej nie wiedzy.

  9. This is my first topic in a series of post I'm going to write about the advanced LUA scenes I wrote for my home automation project. My goal is not flipping a light scene with a phone but for 90% autonome home automation. Besides posting LUA code I give you more insight why I came to this routine. It may help you with designing your own automation routines. Disclaimer: I am not a professional programmer and I post the scenes as is. I have no time to make the LUA scenes generic like other great members do on this forum. I just post my LUA code to share knowlegde and inspire you to create awesome things! Advanced home wake-up routine with Philips Hue and HC2 Applies to: Fibaro Home Center 2 and Philips HUE bridge. GOALS Use my Philips Hue led strips as a wake-up light. Use 1 app to schedule the whole home wake-up routine. Start the morning routine when walking downstairs (check motion). Turn on the lights only when it’s dark (read lux). In our bedroom we integrated a Philips Hue lightstrip in the ceiling and use this with the Philips Hue app as a wake-up light. It beautifully fakes a sunrise in our whole room. As we use the Hue app to set our wake-up alarm I use this app to trigger the Home Center to run a wake-up routine for the rest of the house. TL;DR Set recurring wake-up schedule in the Philips Hue app. Home Center LUA scene 1 reads schedules at 04:00 with the keyword Wake in it. If schedule is set for today and motion is detected at the hallway after the scheduled time (scene 2), run wake-up routine. HOW I IMPLEMENTED IT IN WORDS Reading Hue schedules from the bridge cannot be done with the Fibaro Hue plug-in. Therefore I wrote a LUA scene to read the Hue schedules from the Hue bridge and run the wake-up routine at the schedules wake-up time. I achieved this with 2 LUA scenes: Scene 1 runs every minute and polls the Hue bridge schedules at 04:00. If a wake-up is scheduled for today write the wake-up times to a global variable. Every minute it checks if there is a wake-up planned by reading the same global variable and if so it sets the WakeUpReady global variable to 1. Scene 2 runs when motion detected by a Fibaro Motion Sensor. If it detects motion it checks if the global variable WakeUpReady is set to 1 and runs the wake-up routine. SCENE 1 EXPLAINED You can download the full LUA scenes at the bottom of this post. I only describe snippets of my code to make you understand what it does and show the challenges I ran into. TAG YOUR HUE SCHEDULE WITH A WAKE-UP STRING IN IT! To know which schedules are used for wake-up I set all those schedules with the Wake keyword in it. Like Wake-up weekday’s and Wake-up weekends. In the LUA scene I find these schedules with the code: if name:find('Wake') and status == 'enabled' then ... end RECURRING DAY’S ARE SAVED AS A BITMASK IN THE HUE BRIDGE The Hue API states: The Hue bridge saves the recurring day’s as a bitmask. You have to convert this bitmask to weekday’s. So you can check if the alarm is set for today. The first step is to convert decimal to a binary. Now I create a second scene to act if there is motion in our hallway. CHECK FOR MOTION AND IF ALARM IS NOT ARMED First I want to check if there is motion and if the alarm is not armed with the line: if tonumber(fibaro:getValue(158, "value")) > 0 and tonumber(fibaro:getValue(158, "armed")) == 0 then ... RUN WAKE-UP ROUTINE ONLY IF IT’S DARK OUTSIDE The Philips Hue wake-up schedule runs always because our bedroom had curtains and the room is always dark. Downstairs I only want to run the wake-up routine when it’s dark outside. The wakeupReady global variable check’s if the routine needs to run when there is motion (set with scene 1).   11. Hi all, after a lot of time, finally I was able to complete a guide to send push notifications from HC2 when Power Outage occurs without using expensive tools or complicated configuration. You need only an android device that need to be always plugged in to the electricity.     I'm completely new to scene creator's, and i Wonder if someone could help me out With a start... I would be happy if someone could post me some examples of Block scenes for: A wall plug turning off after a period of time, and then send SMS/push Notification to a cell phone.... Door changes status from locked to open - turn one/several lights on and send SMS/push Notification to cell phone This would be a start for me

I have a fibaro motion sensor and it keeps detecting motion even though there is none about every 10 seconds. turned off all scenes that interact with the motion sensor - still does the same thing. I restarted my HC2 - does the same thing. Motion sensor on latest firmware. *the only time it stops for a while is when the lux in the room goes to 0. but then it will detect motion again. **I do have the sensitivity really low, when I raise it above 20 it seams to go back to "normal" I don't want this at 20 rather it be 8-10. I have two other fibaro motion sensors set to 8-10 with no problems. @T.Konopka do you know what this could be? a bug?
  14. Hi! I have setup google home and linked my Fibaro Home Center 2, when I asked Google Assistant to talk to Fibaro, a dude speaks out saying "I couldn’t find any devices." Is it because of software version? Do I need to update to the latest 4.153 beta version?
  15. Hi all I'm hoping that someone can help me out. I was setting some new block scenes earlier and the HC2 seemed to crash, I just got the floating circles as if the interface was loading. So I went for a shower and then ended up going out. While I was out I got quite a few emails saying the IP address of my laptop had been blocked due to incorrect logins. So when I have got home I have tried to log back into the system. I was greeted with incorrect username/password. Which was very strange considering these are saved in my browser. So I had no choice but to reset my password. When I logged in, to my horror all of my devices have gone, and all of the scenes. I then realised that I have limited privileges. The password which I reset was for the superuser account (the only account on the home centre). But the HC2 has given me a standard user account instead?! I can log into Fibaro ID. I can log into the home centre but as a standard user. I have tried to log in with the old admin admin. No luck at all, I really don't want to rebuild my system. can anyone help? thanks in advance!

    HC2 white screen flashing

    A minor irritation in the HomeCenter2 browser interface is that whenever I switch from one device to another, the dark screen flashes white for a split second before opening the new screen. This abrupt change from near black to pure white is hard on the eyes. Is there any way for you to suppress the white flash between HC2 page displays?
  18. I have found several topics on HC2 and iTunes. However there were only brief ideas and I did not find any complete, well documented solution. Is there anybody who managed to integrate iTunes running on OS X system and Fibaro HC2 box in the way that VD would be able to control iTunes ? It would be great to have VD with buttoons to play, stop, select playlist, etc. directly from HC2. Any hint is highly appreciated.
  19. Hello! I am trying to make a scene in LUA where I can dim my Hue bulbs. I have a Sunricher 4ch switch, which I have created scenes for turnOn and turnOff Hue bulbs, and it works nicely, as in the picture below: I want to make a new scene, where the button´s HELD DOWN function should utilize dimming of the Hue bulb. I have tested some commands from the Hue Developer API, and found out that if I "PUT" the below command to the Hue-bulb, it increases the saturation with 1 for each time I press "PUT". Is it possible to make a repeat loop / while loop or similar that sends this command? I know this is not the LUA API, it is in the REST API. I can not quite see how to send similar commands in LUA, unless there is a way to make a repeat loop that takes the saturation value and adds "1" e.g. each 10 millisecond while the switch is in HELD DOWN state?

SCENE FEATURES Smart Configuration options include the ability to re-route and/or queue all messages under certain conditions. When presentState is set to Home it triggers the scene automatically and unloads the message in the notifications queue to the default notification service that has been named in the configuration section below The scene as provided has all these 4 options set to true and this is the recommended setup if you wish to leverage full functionality and the demo OPTIONS TO MONITOR THE INTERNET STATUS To achieve the most benefit from this scene the internet and sonos-api should be dynamically monitored. Dynamically monitoring the internet will enable messages (TTS and notifications) to be queued while the internet if offline. Queued message can also be sent as hc2 pop notifications on the local LAN. The preferred monitoring option is named here. The example below is setup to use the LAN Monitor VD 2.5 local ipMonitor = "networkTable" There are 3 options available: Select 'manual' if you wish internet and sonos-api to be permanently set to online. Please note that this option does NOT enable queuing of notification messages. Select 'networkTable' to leverage the LAN Monitor VD 2.5, Select 'wwwapiTable' to leverage the new simplified WWWAPI Monitor 1.0 HC2 EMAIL CONFIGURATION hc2emailUsers = {["su"]="2", ["frank"]="1564", ["sylvia"]="1565"} List all users that you want to be able send messages to. The user id's are located from the HC2. Select Configuration, then Access Control to see the current users. HC2 PUSH CONFIGURATION hc2pushUsers = {["DadiPh"]="563", ["MumiPh"]="155", ["DogiPa"]="175"} List all users that you want to be able send push messages to. TTS PREFERENCES Select your TTS preference. If you use the sonos-http-api solution please enter API. The virtual device id's and process button id’s much match exactly what is on your HC2 for each virtual device. Note: Subtitles are only used for PopUp Notifications NOTIFICATION SERVICES There is a broad range of notification services available to use. W chwili obecnej chce sprawdzić jak działa w ogóle Fibaro w moim mieszkaniu a następnie przenieść to do domu. W mieszkaniu nie będę stosował rozbudowach rozwiązań tylko zwykle włączniki, kamera ip, czujniki drzwi itp. Moje pytanie brzmi: 1. Czy wybrać HC2 czy Lite? Jakie są różnice? 2. Version: 4.510 HC2 REST API Hi guys, since update to version 4.510 i get sometimes this email: "Suspicious Login Attempts Prevented: We noticted 5 failed login attempts to your HC2 that seemed suspicious. For your security, the following IP address xxx has been locked for 30 min" Why? The REST Auth are right. At start status code 200 with successful result and a little bit later 401 bad user and pass. All request, in the previous version, ran flawlessly...
  23. Hi all, I would like to share a 100% working solution for HC2 / HCL users that want to use new IP cameras working with RSTP, H.264. Problem: as you know Fibaro doesn't respect too much users demands. Fibaro only supports old IP cameras working with old streaming methods like MJPEG, using basic authentification... This is very bad, because it forces us to use old and unsecure technology. The best solution is that Fibaro supports newer protocols, RSTP, H.264, SSL authentication... But as you know, taking care of users is not the main Fibaro interest. Workaround solution: using an old Android phone (or tablet) as a webserver proxy using tinyCam Monitor PRO awesome app (3,5 EUR cost). The main idea is that tinyCam Monitor PRO connects to your cameras, serving at real-time MJPEG streams that Fibaro can watch perfectly fine Yes, it sounds too naif but for me, it toke me years in order to find this solution... In my example we will use Foscam C1 Tinycam Monitor Pro Configuration: Install tinyCam Monitor PRO on your old Android phone on the same network than your HC2 / HCL and make sure your phone is working 24/7 like your cameras do. Config your camera as usual Go to tinyCam Monitor PRO / menú / Settings / Web Server at set strong admin password and choose a port (I use, the default port 8083). Go to tinyCam Monitor PRO / menú / Enable Web server and check message: "webserver is running at http://192.168.1.10:8083" Test it on your computer browser, Google Chrome as example and login with your admin / password of step 3. You will be able to see a welcome screen with some information. I recommend that you Enable "Background mode" and "Power safe mode". In my case I have 2 x RSTP H.264 IP camera and is using about 30% CPU (2014 Android phone). Fibaro HC2 Configuration: Add new IP Camera, Choose as a model Axis Generic and go to Advanced tab You should take care of user, password, IP including port (the same that you setup at tinyCam Monitor PRO Webserver) JPG path: axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?camera=1 MJPG path: axis-cgi/jpg/image.cgi?camera=1 Check [ JPG ] 3 s. and Show it on main screen and [ v ] Send STOP If you have more than one camera, you need to add another IP Camera on Fibaro with exact configuration, but you should change in JPG and MJPG paths, camera=2, camera=3... and so on That's all!     [SOLVED]Harmony Hub Plugin for HC2

    Hi - Brand new to this. I have an HC2 and Harmony Hub. Both were working well until recently where connection was lost. I factory reset the Harmony and attempted a reload of the Harmony Hub Plugin. The plugin loads and i am able to get the Harmony Pin. On copying and saving it to the HC2 i get the message "Undefined error" Further attempts also fail. Has anyone had this problem and is there a solutioin? Cheers Andrew
