Hi everyone, I'm new on this, recently I bought HC2 and two motion sensors, one in my kitchen and on hallway, since I installed I start to received notification ALL THE TIME, I saw some tutorials and I had notification just for alarm but no success, what's happening is : or I received notification every time they detect or I don't received nothing just alarm when I open the app or Homecenter. I tried everything and ai change all the settings but no luck. Could someone help me? I'm getting crazy with this!!! I'm posting some pictures if can detect the problem. thank you in advance for any help
Hi everyone, With this my first message in the forum, I'd like sharing an issue I'm having with my HCL Notification Center, it might be that someone already went through it and can support me. It seems that at some point my HCL 'crashed' while I was soft reconfiguring some of my devices, once the system was up again it went on reconfiguring the devices queued until it finished. My issue is now that it looks like the device the HCL was reconfiguring while it crashed appears as 'pending' to reconfigure in the Notifications center all the time, even if I click on the 'cancel' button, the message won't go away (see attached image). I also tried starting a new soft reconfiguration of this same device, which starts immediately after I initiate it and finishes all right, but this previous message remains there... It's rather annoying honestly speaking. Has anyone gone through this before? any ideas on how I can get rid of this message? Cheers, Sebastian
Hello, forum. - My problem seems to be in my notification center, where my HCL displays '124'. The problem is, that it shows, but I can't interact with the HCL. Has anyone got the same problem as me, or have a solution for it, then feel free to comment or DM me. Best regards LN Home Center Lite.pdf
