Hi, I added a user in Fibaro to use from mobile App. How can I set permissions to every Device/scene now and future added ? I have set all permissions ( and that Works ok), but when I add extra Devices, I have to specifically add rights to these Devices

Hcl dosen't send email when promting forgot password. Can't at any devices because I son't got admin/superuser permissions. Im the only user in the HCL. WTD?

Hi all I'm hoping that someone can help me out. I was setting some new block scenes earlier and the HC2 seemed to crash, I just got the floating circles as if the interface was loading. So I went for a shower and then ended up going out. While I was out I got quite a few emails saying the IP address of my laptop had been blocked due to incorrect logins. So when I have got home I have tried to log back into the system. I was greeted with incorrect username/password. Which was very strange considering these are saved in my browser. So I had no choice but to reset my password. When I logged in, to my horror all of my devices have gone, and all of the scenes. I then realised that I have limited privileges. The password which I reset was for the superuser account (the only account on the home centre). But the HC2 has given me a standard user account instead?! I can log into Fibaro ID. I can log into the home centre but as a standard user. I have tried to log in with the old admin admin. No luck at all, I really don't want to rebuild my system. can anyone help? thanks in advance!

Hello everybody, I just bought a second HC2 to be installed in my parents home but as soon as I started wizard I faced the following issue: Of course my wish was to set as superuser the same email account as for the first HC2 since this way I should have been able to control from one email address all the messages. Ok, when I proceed with the wizard in order to assign the email account to the second HC2 the confirmation code does never arrive... My question is: does anybody know if it's possible to assign the same email to superuser for different HC2? Regards, Vincenzo

Hi, I'm having a problem with my Fibaro Home Center Lite. When trying to send a new password via email to users the SuperUser doesn't get an email. The password recovery works for other users, but not for the super user. I still get the message "New password has been sent to the email address from user configuration.", and im positive the email on the user is correct.

Any more than me that lost admin/superuser connection to HCL? Sw version 4.120. Have an [User] account, no [Superuser]. Fibaro support do not answer my questions anymore, Morgan
