A simple question: When new templates for existing devices are included in a HC2 system update, how do I apply these templates to the device? - Will it be applied automatically? - Do I need to soft reconfigure each device? - Any other action needed? Similarly, how do I know that a new template for a particular device is included in a system update? - By reading the release notes? - Shown somewhere in the HC2 interface after updating? (Where?)

Hello, I'm using 90% Fibaro Devices but for some specific function, or too big pricing difference with Fibaro for similar purpose, I'm using other devices (Qubino, NeoCoolCam, ...). I have read several topics on forums, on tested all function around that in HC3 settings (use template, pull parameters, read parameters....), impossible to upload Template from my computer to HC3... Any suggestion??? Regards.

Hi everyone I want to start a complaint about the Qubino flush relay's still not supported by Fibaro. Still templates are not available for these modules. I do not know why Fibaro still are not supporting these modules but to my opninion they should starting supporting these by now. Especially keeping in mind all other brands are supported much better. I did sent templates to Fibaro several times. A lot of customer have these units, probably because they support energy metering. So Fibaro, what's goinig on here? Please reply so we have as many as qustumers possible to put some pressure i -

Z-Wave SwiidInter Cord Switch - No Templates

Hi, I bought one of these yesterday: http://www.vesternet.com/z-wave-swiidinter-cord-switch. The device works as intended, BUT my system thinks otherwise, see attached images. I've tried to remove/readd/reconfigure - no difference. HC2 has been restarted.I've tried to add parameters manually, but that doesn't work either. You can find the parameters here: http://www.swiid.com/medias/documents/advanced-swiidinter.pdf You don't seem to support any manufacturer info either. This is NOT good, Fibaro. Don't show me any error messages, when I can't do anything, not even manually.
