Problem with universal sensor status IN1

Question

Hello this is my first post.

Sorry for the my english .

I have instal in my allarm central one universal sensor IN 1 is connected to STATUS ( insert,standby) , and IN2 connect to Allarm released.

The IN1 is setting normal close and change status regular bat to little time ( to 2 minute at 5 minute ) the status change.

my test is disconnect the wire IN1 bat the status change equally .

Could you provide a diagram, and also indicate the manufacturer/model of the devices you are plugging into the universal adapter.

I've got some limited experience of the Fibaro Universal Sensor and I may be able to help.

  • Thanks for the answer. After varied test I universal sensor have detached it and installed external with contact in 1 n.c and detached wire, and after some minutes the sensor changes state from violated at not violated.

  • universal sensor is now disassembled and then on my desk where device is mounted no effect. the problem is on the sensor
