Wyłączenie urządzenia podłączonego do WallPluga

Question

Chciałbym "skomponować" scenę bloczkową, która wyłączałaby WallPlug w sytuacji, gdy nie wykryje on obciążenia w listwie przedłużacza doń podłączonej (obciążenie poniżej 5W). Czyli np: muzyka gra z komputera. Komputer o godzinie 0:30 wyłącza się, a o 1:00 WallPlug stwierdza, że skoro komputer już nie działa, można wyłączyć i listwę.

Czy mój pomysł ma szanse powodzenia...? (sprawdzę, gdy tylko otrzymam WP)

Ja bym zaczął od wyzwolenia co 30 minut w przedziale czasowym czyli:

co 30 minut sprawdzamy pobór prądu i jeśli jest mniejszy niż 5W to wyłączamy WP.

Na szybko to powinno wyglądać tak, rano mogę potwierdzić czy zadziała.

Sprawdziłem, działa. Tylko musiałem dać opóźnienie w czerwonym polu, ponieważ po włączeniu Walla urządzenie po chwili zaczyna pobierać prąd powyżej progu więc scena od razu go wyłączała.
