i was wrote a script who doing that if you find it then you need only modify few lines like ip, url, value to send

Shad, Checked ZXT120 with Vera, It doesn't seem to be perfect device to control AC with IR control. SET point will not control the compressor, It will only Turn ON/OFF the whole unit. Instead if Virtual devices are included in Fibaro HC2 app, I prefer to use Global Cache IR gateways.
