Have just successfully included 4 Fakro ZWS12 motors with HC2 V3.559 Beta. These winders open normally inaccessible clearstory windows to provide ventilation.

I'm impressed in that they have an integrated ZWave control, so only power is required to the unit

Make sure you EXCLUDE each motor prior to including. There remains some issues with my motors with "calibrating" the position of the window with the slider and the graphic on the HC2 dashboard, so if there's anyone that can help out, it would be appreciated!

(I note that the Polish forum has a number of posts regarding the ZWS motors that may provide few clues, but I am unable to translate

  • I make another try today. The same result: Inclusion into HC2 looking fine, no any faulty.

Was recognized as an Blind (with all respective control buttons). But if I try to click on any buttons - not any reaction.

Maybe the problem is that this motor unit use Secure Classes? With another words we have here the same support problem as for Z-Wave door lock devices from controller (HC2) side?
