I Can't see my Foscam FI8918W when i'm outside home

Lae

Question

Hi

When i'm at home, i can see the video from my Foscam FI8918W on PC or from my Iphone/Ipad in Home Center 2

When i'm outside home, so in 3G, i can't see video in Home Center 2 for Iphone or Ipad, only can move camera in each direction but no image !!!

With Foscam Iphone Application, no problem, i have the video.

What's wrong ?

Thanks
