Android Issue

palomaray

Question

Hi All,

My new HC2 is up and running absolutely brilliantly in Spain and I am so pleased with how it is working, both locally and remotely. However, I have just this evening noticed a very small issue.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and a Galaxy S4 (work phone). On the S3 all the icons show perfectly, but on the S4, for some reason where I have a tool icon for my tool store, the icon for the pool is showing instead. Everything works fine and all the lights operate perfectly, but just the logo isn't the one on the HC2. On my Partner's iPhone it is fine also.

Android version on S3 is 4.1.2 and S4 is 4.2.2.

Any ideas?

Many thanks.

Ray

  • Thanks very much for that. It is very odd as on the S3 it's fine, but the S4 is wrong.

It isn't a big problem as it all works fine, but that answers the question perfectly, so thanks for taking the time to reply, much appreciated.

    Ray.
