Best settings for Danfoss thermostats

apopov

Question

Hi,

Just bought 11 Danfoss Living Connect thermostats and connected them up to my HC2.

I was wondering what users think are the best settings within the advanced thermostat settings. Currently I am running with the default settings:

Wake up interval 900

Polling time interval: 0

Do not mark as dead: No

What is your experience?

KInd Regards

Jonas

After setting up the communication with Danfoss properly and making sure they react promptly for heating panel and scene commands you can delete Pooling time. This way your batteries will last much longer.

Promptly means 5-10 mins...

The rest should be OK.

Hi,

Seems fine to me, there isn't much to it when it works.

Using normal batteries instead of rechargeable is recommended.

Controlling from the heating panel is very nice, I would like to have a radiator offset function so that you can + or - 1 or 2 degrees on a particular radiator to fine adjust the temp settings.

regards,

Menno
