Invalid login or password for remote access

Question

Hi all

Since 2 days, I'm unable to access my HC2 in remote access. I did'nt change anything regarding the user I used. I tried to reset the password from the web interface and to connect again but I have the same error message...

It was the case with the login from my wife. I was unable to connect with its account whereas the login and the password was valid

And now all my accounts are not working !!!

Any idea ?

If you requested new remote password did you recieved e-mail?

If yes - can you login to home.fibaro.com but not to HC2? or you cant even login to home.fibaro.com?

    I changed the password, I created a scene sending an EMAIL to my user and it works

    I can login to home.fibaro.com

    The problem come from the Android app I can't log in

    same problem here,

    i can remote login with my Phone using home.fibaro.com but not with the fibaro app, wrong password?

    Hello!

    I have a similar problem; when I try to log in at Fibaro home with the web browser a message says "Your software version is not compatible with the version

    of remote access. The interface may not work properly.

    It is recommended to update the system." (have 3.575 beta). However just ignoring it and everything works fine.

    The android app, however, does not work and reply: "Invalid login or Password for remote access server".

    I have tried restart HC2 and reinstall the app. No difference.

    No problems with the app using it in my local network.

    PMS, what version app you use?

    do you use special chars like @!#$% or space?

    YES, both username and password use swedish letters ö and å and after I have changed that everything works

    I have exactly the same problem with remote access. I also have this message at home.fibaro and my version is 3.575 beta. But I have no äöå symbols in username/password.

    I use actually one special char . in username
