I'm trying to make a scene that is currently running (for instance in a sleep-state) terminate and start a new instance of that same scene. I'm familiar with

but that terminates the latest instance, so that doesn't help me here.
What I'm trying to do is have a siren sounding for my alarm, as long as a global variable is true. But as soon as this variable isn't true anymore, the siren should be turned off. Now it's possible to have this checked every second through an if-statement and a loop, but if I could terminate the first scene this would be much more elegant.
